مدیر فروش و بازاریابی | Sales and Marketing Manager

مسئولیت‌های مهم:

• ارائه برنامه نوآوری در راستای ارتقای فروش و توسعه کسب‌وکار سازمان.
• تدوین و اجرای مؤثر کمپین بازاریابی و فروش.
• پایش مداوم بازار و رقبا، برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و اجرایی جهت افزایش فروش و سهم بازار.
• ارائه طرح تجاری و امکان‌سنجی بازار.
• بخش‌بندی بازار و تعیین بازار هدف.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل هشت سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا مدیریت. 
• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا. 
• تجربه شغلی در صنعت پرداخت (سابقه کار در صنعت پرداخت و بانکی الزامی‌ست).

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• توانایی ارائه برنامه فروش و بازاریابی در راستای رسیدن به اهداف تعیین شده.
• توانایی در تحلیل و توسعه، برنامه‌ریزی، بازاریابی و فروش بازار خرد.
• توانایی در توسعه تیم فروش و بازاریابی در راستای برنامه بودجه.
• مهارت در مذاکره و اصول بازاریابی صنعت پرداخت.
• توانایی در تحلیل و حل مسئله و ارائه راه‌حل.
• مهارت در طراحی و تعیین استراتژی بازاریابی و فروش.
• مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی و گزارش‌دهی در زمان و کیفیت مناسب.
• دانش و آگاهی نسبت به محصوالت حوزه بانکی و IT.
• مسلط به مفاهیم برنامه‌ریزی و راهبردی بازاریابی و فروش.
• مهارت برقراری ارتباط موثر و مذاکره با مشتری.

Presenting the business plan. and market feasibility. Market segmentation and target market determination. Knowledge and awareness of banking and IT products. Proficient in the planning and strategic concepts of marketing and sales. The ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with customers.
