شرح وظایف:

• مذاکره و استعلام قیمت از فروشندگان.
• همکاری با تیم‌های بازرگانی، Logistics، فنی و مالی جهت بهینه‌سازی فرآیند تأمین.
• جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بازار و تحلیل روند قیمت‌ها.
• بررسی سوابق عملکرد تأمین‌کنندگان و ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان داخلی و خارجی.
• بررسی و تحلیل شرایط تجاری، فنی و مالی تأمین‌کنندگان.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت در زبان ترکی استانبولی (مکاتبات تجاری و مذاکرات).
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی (خواندن و نوشتن).
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ترجیحاَ در رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی، زیست، پزشکی، ژنتیک، بازرگانی و یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه مرتبط در حوزه Sourcing یا تأمین کالا.
• آشنایی با INCOTERMS و اصول قراردادهای خرید.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و قیمت‌گذاری.
• مهارت در کار با نرم‌افزارهای Office به‌ویژه Excel و CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and requesting quotations from suppliers (domestic and international).
• Collaborating with commercial, logistics, technical, and finance teams to optimize procurement processes.
• Gathering market data and analyzing price trends.
• Reviewing supplier performance history and conducting evaluations.
• Identifying and assessing new suppliers, both local and international.
• Analyzing suppliers’ commercial, technical, and financial terms.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Istanbul Turkish (speaking and writing) for business communication and negotiations.
• Familiarity with English (reading and writing).
• At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Medicine, Genetics, Business, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS and basic principles of purchasing contracts.
• Ability to analyze markets and conduct pricing evaluations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM.

Work Conditions:

• Work Location: Tehran, Niavaran – Atlas Mall.
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00; Friday: 09:00 – 17:00.
