About the position:
We are looking for a creative and professional digital graphic designer who can create visually appealing designs tailored to digital needs for websites, social networks, and advertising campaigns. This role is suitable for someone who can independently, quickly and accurately manage graphic tasks and deliver effective results.
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic design for social networks:
Creative and targeted graphic content production for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Designing ready and regular formats for publishing daily content and campaigns.
2. Designing for digital advertising campaigns:
Designing online advertising banners (Display Ads) and other graphics required for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Providing creative ideas to increase engagement in digital advertising.
3. Graphic design for the website:
Creating content, graphics and banners necessary for websites and landing pages.
Ensuring the compatibility of the designs with web standards and user experience (UX).
4 . Management of graphic files:
Optimizing files for use on the web and social networks (proper dimensions, resolution and format).
Creating an orderly and categorized archive of graphic files.
5. Collaboration with internal teams:
Interact closely with marketing, content, and product teams to achieve graphic goals.
Provide graphic feedback to improve digital content.
Skills and requirements:
1. Work experience:
At least 3 years of experience in digital graphic design for the web and social networks.
Work experience in designing digital advertising campaigns is considered an advantage.
2. Design skills:
Complete mastery of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
Basic familiarity with design principles for web pages and user experience
3. Analytical and executive skills: Ability to understand marketing needs and convert them into targeted graphic designs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time. 4. Soft skills:
Strong creativity and ideation.
Ability to work in agile and high-speed environments.
Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
