شرکت صنعت خشکبار و حبوبات کوروش در جستجوی یک رئیس لجستیک برای پیوستن به تیم حرفه‌ای خود است.

شرح شغل:

• عقد قرارداد با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل زمینی و دریایی برای صادرات به سایر نقاط جهان به ویژه اروپا و استرالیا و کشورهای CIS.
• پیگیری فرآیند واردات و صادرات از قبیل حمل‌ونقل داخلی، تشریفات گمرکی و غیره.
• منابع جدید شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل و حمل‌ونقل محلی و بین‌المللی Sourcing.
• انجام کلیه مکاتبات داخلی و خارجی با خطوط باربری، خطوط کشتیرانی و غیره.
• نظارت بر بارگیری، ردیابی محموله‌ها و دریافت ترخیصیه.
• تهیه و ارائه کلیه اسناد ترخیص و ارائه به ترخیصکار جهت انجام امور گمرکی و نظارت بر فرآیند ترخیص.
• نظارت بر جریان حرکت کانتینرها تا زمان بازگشت کانتینر خالی به انبار و دریافت فاکتور حق توقف.
• رصد و پیگیری محمولات در راه و اخرین موقعیت ماشین‌ها.
• اخذ نرخ کرایه حمل‌های دریایی و زمینی از شرکت‌های حمل و کشتیرانی.

Kourosh Dried Fruits and Legumes Industry Company is seeking a Head of Logistics to join its professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing contracts with land and sea transportation companies for exporting to various parts of the world, especially Europe, Australia, and CIS countries.
• Following up on import and export processes, including domestic transportation, customs formalities, etc.
• Sourcing new transportation companies and both local and international carriers.
• Conducting all internal and external correspondence with freight lines, shipping lines, etc.
• Supervising loading operations, tracking shipments, and receiving clearance documents.
• Preparing and providing all clearance documents to the customs broker for customs procedures and overseeing the clearance process.
• Monitoring the movement of containers until the empty container returns to the warehouse and receiving demurrage invoices.
• Monitoring and tracking shipments in transit and the latest location of vehicles.
• Obtaining sea and land freight rates from transportation and shipping companies.
