رئیس جذب و استخدام | Head of Recruitment

شرح موقعیت شغلی:

• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های جذب و استخدام مطابق با اهداف سازمان.
• مدیریت فرآیند جذب از طریق شناسایی نیاز تا جذب و استقرار نیرو.
• به‌کارگیری و بهینه‌سازی سامانه‌های ATS و سایر ابزارهای جذب.
• هدایت تیم جذب و ارتقای عملکرد اعضای تیم.
• همکاری نزدیک با مدیران واحدها برای درک نیازهای منابع انسانی.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و شاخص‌های کلیدی استخدام (KPIs) و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
• طراحی برنامه سالانه و فصلی جذب نیروی انسانی متناسب با برنامه‌ریزی منابع انسانی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه در حوزه منابع انسانی با تمرکز بر جذب و استخدام.
• توانایی هدایت تیم.
• مسلط به فرآیندهای استخدام و منابع جذب.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Office و سامانه‌های ATS.
• دارای ارتباط موثر، قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و مهارت حل مسئله.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط (ترجیحاً مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت یا روانشناسی).

- Design and implement recruitment and hiring strategies in line with the organization's goals
- Manage the recruitment process from identifying needs to recruiting and deploying staff
- Implement and optimize ATS systems and other recruitment tools
- Lead the recruitment team and improve the performance of team members
- Work closely with unit managers to understand human resource needs
- Designing annual and seasonal human resource recruitment plans in line with human resources planning

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and hiring
- Ability to lead a team
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and recruiting resources
- Proficiency in Office software and ATS systems
- Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (preferably Human Resources Management, Management, or Psychology)
