Receiving Dynamic Data from UDP and merge it with Static data and send the encoded data to over UDP

This project needs to read some article about formats and standards of our industry and you will not find anything in Farsi about them so I will explain the project in English and who has a good level of python and english skill would be welcome I need a Python Code which will be run on Linux preferabrly on Ubuntu1- Read encoded daynamic sentenses from UDP and extract raw data from them 2- Prepare output sentences by extracted data and static data (which will be set manualy in the code) and encod the sentences regarding the require format and standards and sent them over the UDP 3- The output Sentences are 2 type and we need to be able to adjust the each type transmiting time interval \* this project has second and third phase in future Plase let's discuss about the project if you intrested about above project
