کارشناس تحلیل داده | Data Analysis Expert

شرح وظایف:

• تحلیل داده‌ها: جمع‌آوری، پردازش، و تحلیل داده‌های مرتبط با اهداف سازمان.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی: طراحی و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق، کاربردی و قابل فهم.
• تحقیق و توسعه: شناسایی روندهای نوین و ارائه راهکارهای مبتنی بر داده برای بهبود فرآیندها.
• تحلیل مسئله: استفاده از الگوریتم‌های هوش مصنوعی و روش‌های داده‌محور برای حل چالش‌های سازمانی.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل است (یک ساعت و نیم شناوری در روز).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• پزشک سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به داده‌کاوی و استخراج اطلاعات کاربردی از شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• دانش کافی در مدیریت پایگاه داده‌ها و تسلط بر SQL.
• آشنایی با روش‌های کوئری‌نویسی پیشرفته.
• مهارت در طراحی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دقیق و موثر.
• مسلط به ابزارهای مصورسازی داده مانند Power BI.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• مهارت حل مسئله و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع و موثر.
• قابلیت همکاری تیمی و تعامل مثبت با اعضای تیم.
• نظم، دقت و انعطاف‌پذیری برای مدیریت وظایف در محیطی پویا.

سابقه کار مورد نیاز:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه تحلیل داده

رشته تحصیلی مورد نیاز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.

Description of duties:

• Preparation of analytical reports: designing and presenting accurate, practical and understandable reports
• Research and Development: identifying new trends and providing data-based solutions to improve processes
• Problem analysis: using artificial intelligence algorithms and data-driven methods to solve organizational challenges

Specialist skills required:< br>• Mastery of data mining and information extraction Application of social networks
• Sufficient knowledge in database management and mastery of SQL
• Familiarity with advanced query writing methods
• Skill in designing and presenting accurate and effective analytical reports
• Mastery of data visualization tools such as Power BI

Required work experience:
• At least 3 years of related work experience in the field of data analysis

Required field of study:

Organizational conditions:
Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
Wednesdays: 8 to 4 - Thursday and Friday closed
