- هدایت اجرای موفقیت آمیز دستور کار تحول استراتژیک و دیجیتال شرکت با اطمینان از همسویی، همکاری و اجرای موثر ابتکارات در سراسر سازمان.

نقش ها و مسئولیت ها:
-مدیریت روابط با ذینفعان کلیدی در بخش‌ها، اطمینان از ارتباطات باز و همکاری در اجرای ابتکارات استراتژیک و دیجیتالی شرکت
- برای رهبری و مدیریت تغییر با استفاده از یک چارچوب به خوبی تثبیت شده مانند adkar (prosci) در سراسر سازمان، تضمین پذیرش روان سیستم‌های جدید ، فرآیندها و ابتکارات دیجیتال
-برای نظارت بر اجرای طرح ها و ابتکارات تحول استراتژیک و دیجیتال شرکت، حصول اطمینان از همسویی در تمامی بخش ها و عملکردها.
- شناسایی و اولویت بندی طرح های تحول استراتژیک و دیجیتال که از شرکت پشتیبانی می کند. اهداف کلی.
- هدایت تیم های متقابل برای اجرای موثر پروژه ها و ابتکارات استراتژیک.
- نظارت و گزارش پیشرفت تحول دیجیتال و ابتکارات استراتژیک، ارائه به روز رسانی منظم به مدیر کل استراتژی و تحول.< br>-برای اطمینان از اینکه تمام سطوح و بخش های شغلی با استراتژی شرکت همسو هستند و نقش آنها را در اجرای آن درک می کنند.
-مدیریت شناسایی و رسیدگی به خطرات و چالش های بالقوه ای که ممکن است مانع اجرای موفقیت آمیز تحول دیجیتال و ابتکارات استراتژیک شود. .
-پرورش فرهنگ نوآوری و بهبود مستمر در سازمان.
-مدیریت توسعه و پیاده سازی سیستم های مدیریت عملکرد برای ارزیابی اثربخشی تحول دیجیتال و ابتکارات استراتژیک.

آموزش:< br>- مدرک لیسانس در بازرگانی (مهندسی صنایع، بازاریابی، ارتباطات، امور مالی، اقتصاد) یا مرتبط
- مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا mba مزیت دارد
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی

تجربه:
- سابقه مدیر 5 سال یا بیشتر؛ با حداقل 3 سال در بخش/صنعت مرتبط با توجه به نقش مرتبط
-تجربه کار در یک شرکت چند ملیتی (درک بازارهای نوظهور سودمند)
-کار در فرهنگ ها و جغرافیاهای مختلف

Mission:
-To drive the successful execution of the company's strategic and digital transformation agenda by ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective implementation of initiatives across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-To manage relationships with key stakeholders across divisions, ensuring open communication and collaboration in executing the company’s strategic and digital initiatives
-To lead and manage change using a well established framework like the ADKAR (Prosci) across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and digital initiatives
-To oversee the implementation of the company's strategic and digital transformation plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all divisions and functions.
-To identify and prioritize strategic and digital transformation initiatives that support the company's overall objectives.
-To lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives effectively.
-To monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation and strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to Strategy and Transformation General Manager.
-To ensure that all job levels and divisions are aligned with the company's strategy and understand their roles in its execution.
-To manage identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges that may hinder the successful implementation of digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
-To foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
-To manage development and implementation performance management systems to evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation and strategic initiatives.

Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Economics) or related
-MBA or Master's degree is advantageous
-Fluent in English

Experience:
-Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry as per relevant role
-Experience working in a multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
-Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
