• نکات کلیدی برای تعریف:
• برنامه ریزی و اجرای برنامه آزمایشات فنی برای ارائه داده ها برای تصمیمات نمونه کارها.
• بر اساس سند نقشه برداری کشور - استراتژی کلی را در هر استان تعریف کنید. یک برنامه خلاصه اجرایی فعالیت های مربوط به تجارت بذر سبزیجات در ایران. حضور در کلیه مراحل هدایت و ارزیابی آزمایشی).

الزامات:
• مدرک دانشگاهی در مهندسی کشاورزی (باغبانی و زراعت).
• حداقل سه سال تجربه در کشاورزی بازار.
• روح کار تیمی.
• مهارت های ارتباطی خوب.
• دانش کار انگلیسی (مهارت های صحبت کردن و نوشتن: حداقل سطح UI).
• دانش خوب از ICDL. آگاهی از محصولات ، بیماری ها ، آفات ، نماتدها ، علفهای هرز و محصولات زراعی. درک فرآیندهای واردات/صادرات.

• Communicate with sellers, distributors, and farmers in terms of vegetable seeds.
• the employee should cover 3 provinces: Khorasan, Gorgan, and Mazandaran).
• Support campaigns, launches, and demos in relevant provinces.
• Direct manager: Head of Sales
• Probation period: 5 to 6 months.
• Travel requirements: Yes.

• Key points to define:
• Planning and executing the technical trials to provide data for portfolio decisions.
• Based on the country mapping document - define the overall strategy per each province.
• Select the best competition for the trial.
• Collect all the above points into an executive summary plan of activities for Vegetable seeds business in Iran.
• Detail the necessary support requested from different stakeholders.
• Follow the execution of all the trials from the first step till the last in all the different locations (Presence in all stages of the trial conduction and evaluation).

Requirements:
• A university degree in Agricultural Engineering (horticulture, and agronomy).
• At least three years of experience in the agriculture market.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Good communication skills.
• English working knowledge (speaking and writing skills: at least UI level).
• Good knowledge of ICDL.
• Good knowledge of products, diseases, pests, nematodes, weeds, and crops.
• Good knowledge of agricultural practices on seeds
• Good knowledge of trialing.
• Good understanding of the Vegetable seeds
• Basic understanding of import/export processes.
