شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با سیستم.
• آشنایی در زمینه آبکاری ـ آزمایش راه‌های جدید توسعه محصولات در آزمایشگاه.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی برای چگونگی انتقال نمونه‌های ازمایشگاهی به محیط واقعی کار (به منظور تولید صنعتی).
• توانایی همکاری با نیروهای کارخانه برای ایجاد تجهیزات لازم و ابزارهای کنترل فرآیند.
• توانایی همکاری نزدیک با مدیران بخش‌های کنترل و کیفیت و ایمنی و سلامت به منظور بهینه‌سازی فرآیند تولید از نظر اقتصادی و کیفیت محصول.
• مهارت در تحلیل و حل مسئله.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و تصمیم‌گیری.
• توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر با سایر مهندسان، کارکنان و مدیران ارشد.
