- انجام نظافت و تمیزی محیط کار
- سرو غذا و نوشیدنی‌ها به کارمندان و مهمانان
- انجام تشریفات و پذیرایی در جلسات
- آبیاری و مراقبت از باغچه‌ها و فضای سبز محیط کار

شایستگی ها:
- توانایی و تجربه در انجام وظایف نظافتی و پذیرایی
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تعامل با افراد مختلف
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات
- نداشتن تحصیلات دانشگاهی مطابق با الزامات این شغل
