استخدام متخصص ارشد IT و رشد دیجیتال (Digital Growth & IT Specialist)


شرح موقعیت شغلی:

استخدام متخصص IT به صورت تمام وقت ویا پاره وقت ، رشد دیجیتال و خلاق که بتواند به‌طور مستقل و هدفمند، کلیه وب‌سایت‌های شرکت را از نظر فنی، سئویی، امنیتی، محتوایی و بازاریابی دیجیتال مدیریت کرده و با بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی و اصول نوین دیجیتال مارکتینگ، نقش کلیدی در افزایش فروش آنلاین و جذب مشتریان جهانی ایفا کند.

وظایف اصلی:
1- مدیریت، پشتیبانی و به‌روزرسانی کلیه وب‌سایت‌های شرکت (وردپرس یا CMS اختصاصی)
2- پیاده‌سازی SEO تکنیکال، داخلی و خارجی برای افزایش ترافیک ارگانیک
3- تولید یا بهینه‌سازی محتوا با کمک ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی (ChatGPT، Jasper و…)
4- طراحی و اجرای کمپین‌های ایمیل مارکتینگ، فروش و بازاریابی دیجیتال
5- پیاده‌سازی و مدیریت چت‌بات‌های هوشمند و ابزارهای تحلیل رفتار کاربر (مثل Hotjar)
6- تحلیل داده‌های وب‌سایت و تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق از ترافیک، نرخ تبدیل و عملکرد کمپین‌ها
7- همکاری با تیم طراحی، حقوقی، فروش و مدیریت برند برای اجرای استراتژی‌های رشد

مهارت‌ها و تخصص‌های مورد نیاز:

فنی:
1- تسلط کامل به WordPress یا CMS مشابه + مدیریت هاست و سرور
2- HTML, CSS, JS + درک خوب از زبان‌های Back-end (PHP, Python)
3- تسلط به ابزارهای سئو: Google Search Console، SEMrush، Ahrefs
4- تجربه در تنظیمات فنی سئو، Core Web Vitals، بهینه‌سازی سرعت سایت
5- آشنا به UI/UX
6- آشنا به illustrations
هوش مصنوعی:
1- آشنایی عملی با ابزارهای AI محتوایی و تحلیلی
2- تجربه طراحی چت‌بات یا اتوماسیون‌ فروش با هوش مصنوعی

دیجیتال مارکتینگ:
1- آشنایی با مفاهیم Funnel، CRO، نرخ تبدیل، ایمیل مارکتینگ
2- آشنایی با ابزارهای تبلیغاتی (Google Ads، Meta Ads) مزیت محسوب می‌شود

نرم‌افزاری و تحلیلی:
1- تسلط به Google Analytics 4
2- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج تصمیمات رشدمحور

Hiring a senior IT specialist and digital growth (Digital Growth & IT Specialist)


Career Position Description:

IT hiring full -time, digital and creative growth that can independently and targeted managing all the company's websites technically, SEO, security, content and digital marketing, using artificial intelligence tools and modern digital marketing principles, play a key role in enhancing online sales and attracting global customers.

The main tasks:
Manage, support and update all company websites (WordPress or dedicated CMS)
Technical, internal and external implementation to increase organic traffic
Production or optimization of content with the help of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGpt, Jasper, etc.)
Design and execute digital marketing, sales and marketing campaigns
Implementation and management of smart bottings and user behavior analysis tools (such as hotjar)
2- Website data analysis and detailed reports of traffic, conversion rates and campaign performance
Cooperation with the design, legal, sales and brand management team for the implementation of growth strategies

Skills and Specialists Required:

Technical:
Full mastery of WordPress or CMS Similar + Host and Server Management
HTML, CSS, JS + Good understanding of Back-End languages (php, python)
Mastery of SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMRUSH, AHRREFS
Experience in SEO technical settings, Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization
2. Familiar with UI/UX
Familiar with Illustrations
Artificial Intelligence:
Practical familiarity with content and analytical AI tools
2- Experience Chat Bot Design or Sale Automatic Automation

Digital Marketing:
Introduction to Funnel, CRO, Conversion Rate, Email Marketing Concepts
Introduction to advertising tools (Google ADS, Meta ADS) is an advantage

Software and Analytics:
Mastery of Google Analytics 4
