شرح موقعیت شغلی:

در این موقعیت شما مسئول طراحی، پیاده‌سازی، نگهداری و مانیتورینگ شبکه‌های پیشرفته بر بستر تجهیزات Cisco Nexus و NCS خواهید بود. همچنین، بخشی از مسئولیت‌های روزانه شامل بررسی، پیگیری و رفع مشکلات کاربران دیتاسنتر و ارائه پشتیبانی فنی سطح بالا به مشتریان سازمانی خواهد بود.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی توپولوژی‌های لایه Core و Distribution در دیتاسنتر و شبکه‌های اپراتوری.
• پیکربندی و مدیریت تجهیزات Cisco Nexus و Cisco NCS.
• تنظیمات و بهینه‌سازی پروتکل‌های Routing (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF).
• مانیتورینگ وضعیت شبکه و ترافیک با استفاده از ابزارهای حرفه‌ای (مانند Zabbix و Grafana).
• مستندسازی دقیق تنظیمات و توپولوژی‌های اجراشده.
• انجام Troubleshooting حرفه‌ای در زمان بروز اختلالات یا افت عملکرد شبکه.
• همکاری با تیم‌های کلود، امنیت و زیرساخت برای بهبود کیفیت سرویس‌ها.
• پیگیری مشکلات کاربران دیتاسنتر.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به تجهیزات Cisco Nexus و Cisco NCS.    
• تسلط حرفه‌ای به پروتکل‌های BGP و IS-IS.    
• آشنایی با مفاهیم MPLS ،Segment Routing ،VXLAN ،EVPN (مزیت محسوب می‌شود).    
• تجربه کاری در اپراتورها یا شرکت‌های ISP و دیتاسنترها (مزیت بسیار مهم).    
• داشتن یکی از گواهینامه‌های معتبر مانند CCNP/CCIE (Routing & Switching یا Data Center) امتیاز مثبت است.
• آشنایی با محیط‌های مجازی‌سازی شبکه (VMware NSX و Cisco ACI) امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

Job Position Description:
In this situation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring advanced networks on the platform of Cisco Nexus and NCS equipment. Also, part of the daily responsibilities will include reviewing, tracking and resolving data center users and providing high -level technical support to corporate customers.

. Monitoring of network status and traffic using professional tools (such as Zabbix, Grafana, etc.)

. Careful documentation of the settings and topologies Implementation

. Doing a professional Troubleshooting at the time of disorders or declines of network performance

. Collaborate with Claude, Security and Infrastructure Teams to improve the quality of services
