وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• شناسایی، ایجاد، اصلاح و مستندسازی فرایندها و نظارت بر استقرار سیستم مدیریت یکپارچه و حفظ آن.
• تدوین شاخص‌های عملکردی (KPI) و نظارت بر اجرا و توسعه آن‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط مستمر با شرکت‌های صادرکننده گواهی نامه کیفیت و تهیه و تدوین برنامه ممیزی داخلی.
• تهیه و تدوین سیستم کدگذاری مستندات، گردش فرم‌ها و به‌روزرسانی ویرایش‌های آن‌ها.
• عارضه‌یابی، بازنگری و مهندسی مجدد فرایندها به صورت دوره‌ای و مستمر.
• همکاری در انجام فاز تحلیل نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی و طراحی DFD و جریان داده اطلاعات (MIS).
• پیاده‌سازی و استقرار رویکردهای تعالی سازمانی و مدیریت کیفیت از جمله EFQM و QFD.
• تعامل با سایر واحدهای سازمانی به منظور تنظیم و تدوین پیش نویس آیین‌نامه‌ها، بخش‌نامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط و در سمت مشابه.
• آشنایی با اصول ممیزی داخلی.
• مسلط به الزامات و مستندسازی سیستم بر اساس استاندارد ایزو 9001، 10015 و 1002.
• آشنایی با حداقل یکی از نرم‌افزارهای آماری مانند SPSS یا Minitab.
• توانایی بالا در برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• توانایی بالا در تهیه گزارش‌های متنوع با تسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.

Duties and responsibilities:

Identifying, establishing, modifying and monitoring the processes and monitoring the processes. Continuous communication with Quality Exporting Companies and Preparation of Internal Audit Program
Preparation of Documentation Coding System, Forms and Updates of Edits
Complications, Review and Re -Engineering Processes Periodically and continuously
Cooperation in the Software Analysis Phase (MIS) Including EFQM, QFD, and ...
Interaction with other organizational units to regulate and draft rules, letters and guidelines

Entrance Conditions:

have a minimum of industrial engineering and other related disciplines
have at least five years of relevant work. 9001,10015 and 1002.
Introduction to at least one of the statistical software such as SPSS, Minitab
High ability to communicate effectively
High ability to produce a variety of reports with mastery of Microsoft Office.
