مسئول فنی | Responsible Pharmacist

شرح شغل:

• آموزش پرسنل در امور مربوطه.
• نظارت بر اجرای اصول GXP در کلیه مراحل تولید محصول در کلیه واحدها.
• بررسی عدم انطباق ها و گزارش آن به مدیریت کارخانه جهت بهبود هرچه سریعتر فرآیندها.
• نظارت بر انجام آزمایشات و حصول اطمینان از کیفیت محصول نهایی.

شرایط احراز:

• دکتری داروسازی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در صنعت دارویی.
• حضور الزامی و موثر در محل کارخانه جهت نظارت بر فرآیندهای اجرایی.
• مسلط به قوانین و اصول تضمین کیفیت.
• فعال، پیگیر، دقیق و منظم.
• انعطاف‌پذیر و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• توانایی پیگیری و پاسخگویی به ارگان‌های نظارتی و اخذ مجوزهای لازم در زمان مناسب.
• مسلط به امور رگولاتوری و سامانه‌های ثبت غذا و دارو نظیر چارگون و TTAC.
• مسلط به ضوابط و استانداردهای دارویی، فارماکوپه و الزامات GXP.
• مسلط به روند تهیه و ارائه مستندات و پرونده‌های جامع دارویی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و مستمر با ارگان‌های نظارتی.

Job Description: 1- Proficient in regulatory affairs and food and drug registration systems such as Chargun and TTAC
2- Proficient in pharmaceutical standards and standards, pharmacopoeia and GXP requirements
3- Proficient in the process of preparation and presentation Comprehensive pharmaceutical documentation and files
4-Ability to establish effective and continuous communication with regulatory bodies
5-Training of personnel in relevant matters
6-Supervising the implementation of GXP principles in all stages of product production in all units
7- Investigating non-conformities and reporting them to the factory management in order to improve the processes as quickly as possible
8- Supervising the tests and ensuring the quality of the final product
Qualification requirements:
1- Ph.D. Pharmaceuticals
2- At least 5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
3- Mandatory and effective presence at the factory to monitor executive processes
4- Proficient in the rules and principles of quality assurance
5- Proactive persistent, accurate and regular
6-Flexible and ability to communicate effectively
7-Ability to follow up and respond to regulatory bodies and obtain the necessary permits at the right time
