شرح شغل:

• پیگیری امور محوله.
• نظارت بر عملکرد پیمانکاران.
• نظارت و کنترل امور کارگاه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به متره و برآورد.
• تسلط کامل به امور اجرایی و ساختمانی.
• مسلط به امور پیمان.
• مسلط به امور مدیریت کارگاه.
• مسلط به تهیه مدارک مربوطه (گزارش روزانه، پرمیت و غیره).
• توانایی مذاکره با نماینده کارفرما و مشاور.
• توانایی پیگیری اخذ مجوزها.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی عمران.
• سطح متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.

1 . Follow up on the affairs of
2. Monitor the performance of contractors
3. Workshop Monitoring and Control
4. Mastery of meters and estimates
5. Full mastery of the executive and construction affairs

Employed responsibilities and duties:
6. Mastery of the Treaty Affairs
7. Mastery of Workshop Management
8. Mastery of the relevant documentation (daily report, permeability, etc.)
9. Ability to negotiate with employer representative and consultant
10. Follow -up of permissions

Conditions:
1. Related or unrelated history of at least 5 years of relevant work experience
2. Certificate of Degree: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
4. English at average level
