شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی عمران، مهندسی برق یا مهندسی مکانیک؛ لطفاً فارغ‌التحصیلان رشته حقوق از ارسال رزومه خودداری کنند. 
• حداقل شش سال سابقه کاری در دفاتر فنی و امور قراردادها (دید فنی مهندسی بسیار مهم‌تر از دید حقوقی است).
• آشنایی با نرم افزارهای Word ،Excel و PowerPoint.
• آشنایی با مبانی و مفاهیم کنترل پروژه قراردادها جهت کنترل برنامه زمان‌بندی و تاخیرهای پروژه و (ترجیحاً آشنا با P6 یا MSP).
• مسلط به امور مناقصه، تدوین اسناد مناقصه، لیست‌های کوتاه، فراخوان، برگزاری و مقایسه قیمت‌ها.
• مسلط به فهرست بهای سازمان برنامه، وزارت نفت و بخشنامه‌های بالادستی.
• مسلط به آنالیز قیمت (کشف قیمت‌های جدید) و رسیدگی به کِلِیم‌های قراردادی.
• مسلط به صورت‌وضعیت‌ها و تعدیل‌ها و رسیدگی به آن‌ها.
• روابط عمومی خوب و روحیه بالا در کار تیمی.
• دقیق، منظم و دارای خلاقیت در بایگانی و روال دسترسی به مستندهای قراردادها.

Competences:
Bachelor or Masters in the fields Civil Engineering, Electricity or Mechanics
has at least 6 years of experience in technical offices and contract affairs (technical view of engineering is much more important than legal perspective)

We are looking for a professional and patient partner who, in addition to the experience of executive work and technical offices in oil, gas and petrochemical projects or steel and copper industries, is responsible for contracting. We are interactive and have a good relationship with other colleagues- whether in the field of direct corporate executives and in relation to employer representatives.
