شرح وظایف:
- تولید مدارک داخل VPIS مربوط به بخش پایپینگ.
- آماده کردن GA و جانمایی تجهیزات.
- مدلسازی سه بعدی PDMS (کاتالوگ نویسی ، مدلسازی تجهیزات، جانمائی، مدل پایپینگ منطبق با P&ID).
- تهیه نقشه و MTO و ارائه خروجی لازم برای خرید و اجرا (پایپینگ پلن، تهیه MTO و ایزومتریک).
- محاسبات تنش (محاسبات تنش و تغییر مسیر پایپینگ و ساپورت‌گذاری).
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کار مفید و کاملاً مرتبط در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار PDMS و مدلسازی سه بعدی در ماژول های DESIGN و DRAFTING.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار CAESAR.
- آشنایی کامل با کاتالوگ‌نویسی و تهیه نقشه‌های آیزومتریک.
- مسلط به تدوین گزارشات مدیریتی و فنی.
- آشنایی با مدارک PFD و P&ID.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
Competencies:
At least 3 years of useful and fully relevant work experience in the field of oil, gas and petrochemical
Proficient in PDMS software and 3D modeling in DESIGN and DRAFTING modules
Proficient in software CAESAR
Complete familiarity with cataloging and preparation of isometric maps, proficient in compiling management and technical reports
Familiar with PFD, P&ID documents
Language proficiency English
Description of tasks:
Production of documents within VPIS related to piping department
Preparation of GA and installation of equipment
3D PDMS modeling (catalog writing, equipment modeling, installation, model Piping according to P&ID)
preparation of drawing and MTO and providing the necessary output for purchase and execution (piping plan, preparation of MTO and isometric)
stress calculations (stress calculations and Changing the piping route and support)
