شرح موقعیت شغلی:
به دنبال فردی باانگیزه، منظم و چندبعدی برای تصدی موقعیت کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک با مسئولیت‌های مولتی تسک و دستیار اجرایی مدیرعامل هستیم. فرد منتخب علاوه بر برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های سازمانی، در امور اجرایی و هماهنگی با مدیرعامل نیز همکاری خواهد کرد.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک:
- تحلیل محیط داخلی و خارجی سازمان (تحلیل SWOT ،PESTEL و غیره).
- تدوین و پیشنهاد استراتژی‌های کلان و تبدیل آنها به برنامه‌های عملیاتی.
- نظارت بر اجرای استراتژی‌ها و ارزیابی اثربخشی آنها.
وظایف مولتی‌تسک:
- هماهنگی و مدیریت پروژه‌های مختلف در راستای اهداف سازمان.
- انجام وظایف متنوع در حوزه‌های برنامه ریزی، اجرا و نظارت.
دستیار اجرایی مدیرعامل:
- هماهنگی جلسات، تنظیم برنامه‌های کاری و مدیریت تقویم مدیر عامل.
- تهیه گزارش‌ها و مستندات مورد نیاز و پیگیری تصمیمات مدیر عامل.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد یا مرتبط.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در برنامه ریزی استراتژیک، مدیریت پروژه یا مشاوره مدیریت.
- مسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل استراتژیک (SWOT، ماتریس BCG).
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌های پیچیده و ارائه راهکارهای عملی.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و ارائه قوی (شفاهی و کتبی).
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای تحلیل داده مانند Excel ،SPSS یا Tableau.
- توانایی انجام چندوظیفگی (مولتی تسک) و مدیریت زمان.
- تفکر تحلیلی، خلاقانه و توانایی حل مسئله.
