کارشناس اقتصادی | Economic Expert

*وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- بررسی و تحلیل روند قیمت مواد اولیه
- تحلیل تأثیر تغییرات نرخ ارز، تورم، انرژی و حمل‌ونقل بر بهای تمام‌شده و قیمت نهایی محصولات.
- پایش بازار رقبا و تحلیل رفتار مصرف‌کننده برای کمک به تصمیمات قیمت‌گذاری.
- تحلیل ظرفیت بازار داخلی و صادراتی و شناسایی فرصت‌های اقتصادی جدید
- بررسی اقتصادی طرح‌های توسعه‌ای (ایجاد خط تولید جدید، بهبود فرآیندها، یا سرمایه‌گذاری‌های جدید).
- حاسبه شاخص‌های مالی و اقتصادی طرح‌ها (NPV، IRR، ROI، دوره بازگشت سرمایه).
- پیش‌بینی روند قیمت‌ها و شاخص‌های اقتصادی مؤثر
- تهیه سناریوهای اقتصادی برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی در شرایط مختلف بازار.
- تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دوره‌ای (ماهانه / فصلی) از وضعیت اقتصادی صنعت و شرکت.
- ارائه گزارش‌های مقایسه‌ای از عملکرد واقعی با برنامه‌های اقتصادی مصوب.
- ارائه تحلیل‌های اقتصادی ساده و قابل فهم برای مدیران غیرمالی.

*صلاحیت‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته اقتصاد، مدیریت مالی، مهندسی صنایع یا MBA با گرایش اقتصاد.
- حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه تحلیل اقتصادی، برنامه‌ریزی مالی یا بازار در شرکت‌های تولیدی (ترجیحاً صنایع غذایی).
- تسلط بر تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌سازی در Excel (Pivot Table، مدل‌سازی اقتصادی، فرمول‌نویسی).
- آشنایی با مفاهیم هزینه‌یابی، تحلیل سودآوری و ساختار قیمت تمام‌شده.
- توان تحلیل روندهای اقتصادی و بازار
- دقت و تحلیل‌گری بالا.
- دارای تفکر سیستمی و اقتصادی.
- دارای مهارت ارتباطی خوب و توان انتقال تحلیل‌ها به زبان ساده.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Investigating and Analyzing Raw Material Price Trend
- Analysis of the Impact of Exchange Change, Inflation, Energy and Transport on the Price and Final Price Price.
- Monitoring Competition Market and Consumer Behavior Analysis to help pricing decisions.
- Analysis of domestic and export market capacity and new economic opportunities
Financial and Economic Indicators of Projects (NPV, IRR, ROI, Capital Returns).
- Predicting Price and Economic Indicators
- Preparing economic scenarios for managerial decision-making in different market conditions.
- Preparation of periodic (monthly / seasonal) analytical reports of the economic status of industry and company.
- Comparison reports of actual performance with approved economic programs
- Provide non-economic analytics and non-financial analytics.
Expert or Masters in Economics, Financial Management, Industrial Engineering or MBA with Economics Trends.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of economic analysis, financial planning or market in manufacturing companies (preferably food industry).
- Mastery of data analysis and reporting in Excel (Pivot Table). Power of Economic Trends and Markets
- High Care and Analytics.
- Systemic and Economic Thinking.
- Good communication skills and ability to transfer analytics in simple language.
