ما در تیم فنی الوپیک به دنبال یک همکار با تخصص مدیریت محصول هستیم تا کنار هم نقش کلیدی در توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های محصول و ارتقای تجربه کاربری ایفا نماید. همچنین مهارت توسعه و کوچینگ تیم محصول و همکاری موثر با تیم‌های مختلف را داشته باشد

اهداف اصلی

• تعریف و مدیریت استراتژی محصول و نقشه راه (Roadmap)
• شناسایی نیازها و فرصت‌های بازار و ترجمه آن‌ها به نقشه راه و شاخص های ارزیابی محصول
• همکاری با مدیران ارشد سازمان جهت پیشبرد راهبردی محصولات
• مانیتورینگ عملکرد محصول و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت عامل
• بهبود مستمر تجربه کاربری و افزایش رضایت مشتریان

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز

• توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های کسب و کار
• توانایی ایجاد چشم انداز و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک
• مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت پروژه و هدایت تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای
• دانش فنی کافی برای درک فرایندهای توسعه نرم‌افزار
• مسلط بر روش ها – استاندارد ها و فریم ورک های توسعه محصول برای پیشبرد توسعه محصول
• تسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل رفتار کاربر
• توانایی هدایت، مدیریت و همکاری با تیم های مختلف
• مشخص کردن نقشه راه، فازبندی پروژه
• کنترل و پایش پروژه و پیگیری مستمر به منظور هر چه بهتر عملی شدن اهداف، نیازمندی‌ها و ارائه طرح‌های بهبود مستمر
• ارزیابی و پایش مستمر محصولات فعلی از جمله وب سایت، اپ اندروید و IOS و... به منظور مشخص کردن مشکلات احتمالی و تلاش برای رفع آن‌ها.
• توانایی ارائه تحلیل کسب وکار، امکان‌سنجی، ارائه برنامه زمان‌بندی مشخص و تدوین اهداف

الزامات شغلی

• دارای حداقل 5 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت محصول
• دارای مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط با مهندسی، مدیریت یا فناوری اطلاعات
• تجربه کاری در صنعت لجستیک یا خدمات آنلاین مزیت محسوب می‌شود
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی

We are looking for a colleague with product management expertise in the technical team of Elopic to play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies and improving user experience. Ability to analyze the market and identify business opportunities

Strong skills in project management and leading multitasking teams
Technical knowledge Sufficient to understand software development processes
Mastery of product development methods - standards and frameworks to advance product development
Mastery of user behavior analysis tools
Ability to lead, manage and collaborate with different teams< Specify the map way, project phasing
project control and monitoring and continuous follow-up in order to better implement the goals, requirements and provide continuous improvement plans
evaluation and continuous monitoring of current products including the website, Android and IOS app and ... in order to identify possible problems and try to solve them.
Ability to provide business analysis, feasibility study, provide a specific schedule and formulate goals
Job requirements

Having at least 5 Years of related work experience in the field of management Product
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management or information technology related fields
Work experience in logistics industry or online services is an advantage
Fluency in English
