1. سطح تحصیلات و/یا تجربه حرفه‌ای معادل مورد نیاز:

کارشناسی مهندسی مکانیک

2. تجربه و پیشینه:

حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار در بخش تعمیرات و نگهداری به عنوان تکنسین (سابقه کار در صنایع لبنی مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

3. مهارت‌ها یا صلاحیت‌های خاص

• درک، تمرین و اجرای شیوه‌های کار ایمن مرتبط با موارد زیر: محافظت تنفسی، سکوهای کار مرتفع، محافظت در برابر سقوط، کنترل انرژی خطرناک، جوشکاری، برش، لحیم کاری، ورود به فضای محدود، کار در ارتفاع، تجهیزات حفاظت فردی (PPE) و اطلاع‌رسانی به کارکنان در مورد خطرات.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم کیفیت و ایمنی مواد غذایی و شیوه‌های تولید خوب (GMP) بر اساس مقررات لبنی و سیاست‌ها و استانداردهای گروه بل
• دانش عملیاتی کامل در زمینه مهارت‌های تعمیر/عیب‌یابی
• آشنایی با قطعات و ابزارهای مکانیکی (از جمله و نه محدود به پمپ‌ها، کمپرسورها، هیدرولیک و پنوماتیک، شفت و کوپلینگ، نوار نقاله، شیرآلات، اتصالات لوله، یاتاقان‌ها، موتورها، گیربکس‌ها و غیره)
• توانایی خواندن و/یا تفسیر نقشه‌ها یا شماتیک‌های مکانیکی (از جمله و نه محدود به پنوماتیک و هیدرولیک)، الکتریکی و P&ID
• مهارت‌های بین فردی عالی و توانایی برقراری ارتباط با تمام سطوح سازمان، چه به صورت کتبی و چه شفاهی
• آشنایی با کامپیوتر و تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Excel، Word و PowerPoint
• دانش عملیاتی کامل در مورد مهارت‌های حل مسئله و تفکر تحلیلی با توجه به جزئیات
• سطح متوسط در زبان انگلیسی (به ویژه مهارت خواندن)
• آشنایی با مهارت‌های گزارش نویسی
• آشنایی به کار با ابزارهای دستی و برقی، لحیم کاری و تجهیزات تست خطا
• دانش اولیه در مورد شیوه‌ها و اصول عیب‌یابی سیستم
• دانش عملیاتی کامل در زمینه توقف ایمن
• دانش اولیه در مورد ارزیابی ریسک

مسئولیت های اصلی :

• استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت فردی (PPE) مناسب شامل، اما نه محدود به، عینک ایمنی، محافظ صورت، محافظ شنوایی، کفش ایمنی، دستکش و پیش بند برای اطمینان از حفظ شرایط ایمنی محیط کار.
• اجرای برنامه‌ها، سیاست‌ها و شیوه‌های تعیین شده مطابق با ملاحظات بهداشت و ایمنی (H&S)، کیفیت ، مقررات محیط زیست برای برآورده کردن الزامات گروه بل و قوانین ملی در محیط کار تولید.
• شناسایی، عیب‌یابی و تعمیر مشکلات فنی ماشین آلات و تجهیزات تولید برای اطمینان از پایداری فرآیند تولید و حداکثر کارایی و اثربخشی.
• انجام تعمیرات و نگهداری پیشگیرانه طبق فواصل زمانی/برنامه تعریف شده با رویکرد وضعیت پایه به موقع و با استفاده از چک لیست چاپی برای حفظ عملکرد تجهیزات تولید در سطح قابل قبول.
• شناسایی و گزارش نقص‌های ماشین آلات تولید (خرابی یا شرایط ناایمن) به سرپرست تعمیرات و نگهداری برای تصمیم‌گیری در مورد اقدامات متقابل مناسب.
• استفاده و راه‌اندازی تجهیزات کارگاهی مانند مته، پرس، سنگ فرز، تجهیزات برش (مانند اره)، ابزارهای پنوماتیک و ابزارهای برقی/دستی برای انجام وظایف تعمیر و نگهداری اختصاص داده شده.
• تمیز کردن ابزارها، قطعات، مواد و محل کار برای اطمینان از اجرای کامل رویکرد 5S
• نصب ماشین آلات تولید مطابق با اسناد و تجهیزات ماشین برای انجام فعالیت‌های پروژه جدید و برنامه‌های توسعه.
• جمع‌آوری و گزارش اسناد انجام وظایف روزانه، خرابی‌ها و نقص‌های ماشین آلات و چک لیست انحراف از خط مرکزی (نقطه تنظیم ماشین آلات) برای به‌روزرسانی و اطلاع‌رسانی به تیم تعمیرات و نگهداری در مورد تغییرات رخ داده و نگهداری سوابق.
• تسهیل و راهنمایی اپراتورهای تولید در تمیز کردن، بازرسی، روغن کاری و سفت کردن (CILT)تجهیزات تولید برای اطمینان از اجرای کامل استانداردهای تعالی تولید.
• اجرای برنامه آموزشی برای اپراتورهای تولید با توجه به شکاف‌های شناسایی شده برای اطمینان از همسویی عملکرد تیم تولید با صلاحیت‌های مورد نیاز.
• پیاده‌سازی، نظارت و گزارش تغییرات مورد نیاز در طول پروژه‌های نوآوری ، برنامه‌های توسعه بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل فنی ، روش انجام کار برای تهیه سوابق و اطمینان از مراحل فرآیند.

We are looking for an enthusiastic import and customs affairs manager to join our purchasing team.

In this role, you will;

• Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves and aprons to ensure their working place safety conditions are protected.
• Implementing established programs, policies and practices according to health and safety (H & S), quality and regulatory and environmental concerns to meet Bel group and national law requirements in the manufacturing working environment.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing technical problems on production machinery and equipment to ensure sustainability of manufacturing process and maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performing preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule with base condition mindset in a timely manner and printed checklist to keep manufacturing equipment working in acceptable level of performance.
• Recognizing and communicating manufacturing machines defects (failure or unsafe conditions) to maintenance supervisor to take decision of proper countermeasure.
• Applying and setting up workshop equipment such as drill, presses, grinders, cutting equipment (e.g. chop saw), pneumatic tools and electric/manual hand tools to carry out allocated repair and maintenance tasks.
• Cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area to make sure 5S approach is completely implemented.
• Installing production machinery according to machine documents and equipment to fulfill the new project activities and development plans.
• Gathering and reporting daily tasks fulfillment document, machinery breakdowns and defects and center line deviation (machinery set point) check list to update and inform maintenance team about the occurred changes and keeping the history available.
• Facilitating and mentoring production station and machine holders within their cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening (CILT) of manufacturing equipment to ensure the standards of manufacturing excellence is completely implemented.
• Conducting training plan for production operators due to recognized gaps to make sure production crew performance is aligned with requested qualification.
• Implementing, monitoring and reporting required changes during innovation projects and development plans based on technical analysis and way of doing to prepare the documented history and make sure about process steps accordingly.

Requirements:

• B.S in mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years experience in maintenance department as technician (dairy industries background is plus)
• Understand, practice and enforce safe work practices related to the following: respiratory protection, elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy, welding, cutting, brazing, confined space entry, work at height, PPE and employee Right to Know.
• Familiar with quality and food safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP) concepts based on dairy regulation and Bel group policies and standards
• Fully operational knowledge of repair/troubleshooting skill
• Working knowledge of mechanical components and instruments (including and not limited to pumps, compressor, hydraulic and pneumatic, shaft and coupling, conveyor, valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc.)
• Ability to read and/or interpret mechanical (including and not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic), electrical and P&ID blueprints or schematics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Job related internet research and ability to learn
• Fully operational knowledge of problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with focus on attention to detail
• Working knowledge of decision making
• Intermediate level of English skills (more specifically reading)
• Working knowledge of reporting skill
