Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a smart, highly detail-oriented Project Manager with advanced knowledge of Asana. You’ll play a key role in leading marketing projects from start to finish—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you're sharp, proactive, organized, and love managing moving parts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage all marketing projects using Asana
Lead coordination between design, content, media buying, and strategy teams
Track timelines, task dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery
Identify and solve issues proactively before they become blockers
Lead weekly check-ins and team updates across multiple time zones
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients
Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and project efficiency

What You Need to Succeed

3+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency
Expert-level skills in Asana (dashboards, templates, automations, custom fields, etc.)
Fluent English speaker and writer (communication is critical)
Highly intelligent, analytical, and detail-driven
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Experience collaborating with remote teams across different time zones
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Familiarity with digital marketing workflows is a big plus
 
Takes approximately 1 hour
Camera must remain ON throughout the assessment Do NOT use AI or external help – responses are monitored and must be your own
