شرح شغل و مسئولیت ها:
دریافت برنامه های تولید فصلی و ماهانه از مدیر طرح و برنامه و تبدیل آنها به برنامه های روزانه در کارخانه بر حسب اولویت های تعیین شده از سوی مدیران بازاریابی و فروش
چیدمان صحیح خطوط تولید در راستای افزایش راندمان و کاهش ضایعات، تحقق برنامه های تولید
تشکیل تیم های تولید، انبار و فنی و ارائه آموزش های لازم
کنترل و راهبری واحد فنی کارخانه در راستای کاهش توفقات و هزینه های تعمیر و نگهداری ماشین آلات
نظارت بر چیدمان انبارها، ورود و خروج کالا و امنیت کالاها در انبار
برنامه ریزی و اجرای رفاهیات پرسنل کارخانه از قبیل تغذیه، ایاب ذهاب و ...
نظارت و اجرای برنامه های HSE در راستای امنیت پرسنل و کارخانه
طراحی خطوط تولید جدید بر حسب نیاز
اجرای اصول GMP در همکاری با مسئول فنی
بررسی شکایات و نواقص محصولات و راهکار جهت کاهش شکایات
اجرای بازرسی های نهادهای نظارتی و سازمان ها
تدوین دستورالعمل ها و فرآیندهای مختلف تمام بخش های کارخانه و نظارت بر حسن انجام آن ها
تدوین و پیاده سازی 5S در راستای نظم محیط کاری کارخانه
تلاش برای کاهش هزینه های جاری و اداری کارخانه
ارائه به موقع گزارشات عملکردی کارخانه
نصب و راه اندازی ماشین آلات جدید کارخانه
نظارت بر انتظامات و کنترل کامل تردد ها و حراست از دارایی های مادی و معنوی کارخانه

دانش و مهارت مورد نیاز :
تسلط بر اصول برنامه ریزی تولید
تسلط بر فرآیند تولید اشکال دارویی مختلف شامل مایعات خوراکی، انواع جامدات و محلول های موضعی
تسلط بر ماشین آلات داروسازی و امور فنی کارخانه داروسازی
تسلط بر امور انبار ها و نرم افزار راهکاران
تسلط بر اصول منابع انسانی و مدیریت افراد
آشنایی با اصول HSE
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مدیریتی مرتبط
داشتن مدرک تحصیلی دکترا یا کارشناسی ارشد رشته های تحصیلی داروسازی، شیمی یا مهندسی صنایع
داشتن سابقه کار در شرکت های دارویی الزامی می باشد.

Job description and responsibilities:
Get seasonal and monthly production programs from the project manager and convert them into factory daily programs based on the priorities set by marketing and sales managers
Correct layout of production lines in order to increase efficiency and reduce waste, realize production plans
Forming production, warehouse and technical teams and providing necessary training
Factory's technical unit control and guidance to reduce confusion and maintenance costs of machinery
Monitoring the layout of warehouses, entry and exit of goods and security of goods in warehouse
Planning and implementing factory personnel welfare such as nutrition, transportation and ...
Supervision and implementation of HSE programs in line with the security of staff and factory
Design of new production lines as needed
Implementing GMP principles in collaboration with the technical officer
Investigating Complaints and Products and Solutions to Reduce Complaints
Implementation of Supervisory Institutions and Organizations
Developing different instructions and processes of all parts of the factory and overseeing them good
Editing and implementing 5s in line with the factory work environment order
Trying to reduce current and administrative costs of the factory
Factory Functional Reporting Timely Provision
Installation of new factory machinery
Monitoring the police and complete control of traffic and protecting the factory's material and spiritual assets

Knowledge and skill required:
Mastery of production planning principles
Mastery of the process of producing various drug forms including edible liquids, types of solids and topical solutions
Pharmaceutical and Technical Machinery Machinery
Mastering the warehouses and software of the solutions
Dominance
Familiarity with the HSE principles
At least 5 years of relevant management work experience
Having a Masters Degree or PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Industrial Engineering
It is necessary to have a work experience in pharmaceutical companies.
