کارشناس استقرار و پشتیبانی نرم افزار | Software Support Expert

شرح وظایف:

• نصب و استقرار سخت‌افزار، نرم‌افزار و محصولات شرکت در پروژه‌ها (پس از آموزش).
• پشتیبانی و رفع ایرادات مشتریان در خصوص نصب و راه‌اندازی سیستم.

شرایط همکاری: 

• محل شرکت: محدوده پونک.
• روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه. 

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی اعزام به ماموریت‌های بین شهری به صورت موردی.
• توانایی نصب و کابل‌کشی.
• مهارت‌های عمومی کامپیوتر و مفاهیم شبکه.
• توان تصمیم‌گیری به‌موقع و درست.
• روابط عمومی بالا و توانایی پاسخگویی با متانت و شکیبایی.
• ظاهری آراسته و متناسب با فرهنگ سازمانی شرکت هنگام مراجعه به مراکز تعیین شده.

برخورداری از موارد زیر مزیت محسوب می‌شود:

• دارای مدرک نتورک پلاس.
• دارای مدرک ICDL.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های حضور و غیاب و دستگاه‌های حضور و غیاب.
• آشنایی با نصب و راه‌اندازی اکسس کنترل.
• آشنایی با SQL Server.

Description of duties: 1- Installation and deployment of hardware, software, and company products in projects (after training) 2- Support and resolve customer issues regarding system installation and commissioning

3- The ability to be sent to intercity missions on a case-by-case basis


Skills required:

1- The ability to install and lay cables

>2- General computer skills and network concepts

3- Decision-making ability On time and correctly

4- High public relations and the ability to respond with poise and patience

5- A neat appearance and appropriate to the company's organizational culture when visiting designated centers


Having the following items is considered an advantage:
*Having a Network Plus certificate
*Having an ICDL certificate
*Familiarity with time and attendance systems and time attendance devices
*Familiarity with Installation and commissioning of access control
* Familiarity with SQL Server
