شرکت پارس آنزیم، تأمین‌کننده تخصصی مواد اولیه صنایع غذایی، در راستای توسعه فعالیت‌ها و ارتقاء خدمات فنی خود در بازار ایران، از نیروهای حرفه‌ای، باانگیزه و آشنا با تکنولوژی و تولید محصولات لبنی و سایر فرآورده‌های تخمیری برای سه موقعیت کارشناس فنی فروش - حوزه لبنیات دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح شغل:

در این نقش شما مسئول ارائه مشاوره فنی تخصصی به مشتریان، پشتیبانی از تیم فروش، بررسی و رفع مشکلات فنی در خطوط تولید، انجام تست‌های صنعتی، و کمک به توسعه و بهینه‌سازی محصولات خواهید بود. این موقعیت ترکیبی از تخصص فنی، مهارت فروش و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان کلیدی است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• ارائه مشاوره فنی به تولیدکنندگان و پشتیبانی فنی از تیم فروش درخصوص ارائه محصولات به مشتریان.
• انجام تست‌های کاربردی در محل کارخانه مشتری و ارائه گزارش عملکرد محصول.
• پیگیری شکایات و مشکلات فنی و ارائه راه‌حل عملیاتی.
• پیگیری فروش، صدور پیش‌فاکتور و پیگیری سفارش‌ها.
• مشارکت در توسعه محصولات جدید متناسب با نیاز بازار.
• مدیریت مستندات فنی و گزارش‌دهی منظم فعالیت‌ها.
• بهینه‌سازی عملکرد محصولات بر اساس بازخورد مشتری.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های توسعه بازار و ارائه مشاوره فنی متناسب با شرایط تولید مشتری.
• ایجاد ارتباط پایدار و حرفه‌ای با مشتریان کلیدی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در یکی از رشته‌های:

1. مهندسی صنایع غذایی؛
2. بیوشیمی، میکروبیولوژی؛
3. زیست‌فناوری یا تکنولوژی مواد غذایی؛

• آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای تولید ماست، پنیر، دوغ و سایرمحصولات لبنی.
• دانش فنی در خصوص مواد اولیه صنایع لبنی ازقبیل استارتر کالچرها، آنزیم‌ها، طعم دهنده ها و سایر افزودنی‌های غذایی.
• سابقه کاردرواحدهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت، تحقیق و توسعه و یا واحد فنی و فروش شرکت‌های تولیدکننده یا تأمین‌کننده مواد اولیه صنایع لبنی.
• مهارت در ارائه، مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان صنعتی.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت لبنیات و الزامات فنی مرتبط.
• توانایی انجام سفرهای کاری جهت بازدید از مشتریان.
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی (برای مطالعه مدارک فنی، مکاتبات و جلسات).
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای CRM و MS Office.
