ماموریت شما در شرکت زرین رویا انجام امور مربوط به خرید و انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان مناسب جهت انجام خرید با کیفیت و قیمت مطلوب و در زمان مناسب در راستای رسیدن به اهداف واحد خرید داخلی است.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها در این موقعیت شغلی به شرح زیر است:
- شناسایی، بررسی و ارزیابی تأمین کنندگان احتمالی از نظر کیفیت، زمان ارائه و مطابق با نیاز سازمان.
- انجام فعالیت‌های لازم در راستای ایجاد روابط موثر با تأمین‌کنندگان و قدرت برقراری ارتباط با واحدهای مختلف در سازمان.
- بررسی و نظارت بر محصولات دریافت شده از تأمین‌کنندگان با توجه به الزامات مطلوب و تعریف شده.
- ارائه پیشنهاد، درخواست قیمت و مذاکره با تأمین‌کنندگان با رعایت قوانین و دستورالعمل‌های تعریف شده در سازمان.
- انجام فعالیت‌های لازم در راستای کنترل هزینه با رعایت قوانین، دستورالعمل‌ها و بودجه تعریف شده در سازمان.
- انجام فعالیت‌های لازم در راستای آماده‌سازی و عقد قرارداد با تأمین‌کنندگان با رعایت قوانین و دستورالعمل‌های تعریف شده در سازمان.
- ایجاد آرشیو برای ثبت سوابق خریدها و تأمین‌کنندگان.انجام امور مربوط به سفارش‌گذاری و پیگیری و نظارت بر کلیه امور مربوط به ارسال به موقع خریدها به مقصد و دریافت به‌موقع و با کیفیت آن‌ها.
- بررسی و کنترل فاکتورهای تحویل شده در مبدا در راستای صحت‌سنجی آن‌ها.
- تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های تخصصی در رابطه با سوابق خرید به مسئول مافوق.
شایستگی‌ها و شرایط احراز:
- توانایی انجام خرید مارکتینگ در حوزه تبلیغات محیطی، ایونت، غرفه‌سازی، طراحی، عکاسی و ویدیو، لوازم اداری، هدایای سازمانی،
- توانایی خرید در حوزه چاپ و تولید در حوزه POSM زنجیره‌ای.
- سه سال سابقه کاری در گروه شغلی مشابه.
- مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
- مسلط به اصول مکاتبات و نگارش.
- تجربه در فرآیندهای خرید داخلی.
- تجربه در اصول عقد قرارداد.
- آشنایی با SAP-ERP.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات سازنده.
- توانایی حل مسئله و نتیجه‌گرایی.

Qualifications and qualification conditions:
- Ability to make marketing purchases in the field of environmental advertising, event, booth construction, design, photography and Video, office supplies, organizational gifts,
- Ability to purchase in the field of printing and production in the chain POSM field.
- Three years of work experience in a similar job group. br>- Proficient in the principles of correspondence and writing.
- Experience in internal purchasing processes.
- Experience in the principles of contracting.
