گروه تولیدی و صنعتی دمیرچی به دنبال یک مدیر مالی با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم خود در تهران، واقع در شهرک صنعتی شمس‌آباد، است. مدیر مالی در واقع نقش ارزشمندی در تضمین عملیات مالی موثر شرکت ایفا می‌کند و نیازمند مهارت‌های قوی در حسابداری و مدیریت مالی است.
شرح وظایف:
- تلاش در جهت تحقق خط‌مشی و اهداف تعیین‌شده توسط مدیریت عامل.
- پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود به مدیریت عامل جهت تحقق اهداف سازمان.
- پیش‌بینی، طرح‌ریزی و ارائه برنامه بودجه شرکت بر اساس برنامه‌ها ودرخواست‌های اعلام‌شده از سایر واحدها.
- مشارکت در برنامه‌ریزی و ارائه پیشنهاد‌های و سیاست‌های مالی و نظارت برحسن اجرای آن‌ها.
- تهیه و تنظیم خط‌مشی‌ها، دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و رویه‌های مالی و تهیه و طراحی فرم‌های موردنیاز، به‌منظور ایجاد هماهنگی در انجام امورمالی واحدهای مختلف.
- برنامه‌ریزی جهت تأمین منابع مالی موردنیاز واحدها و اعمال مدیریت بر آن‌ها.
- نگهداری سوابق و مدارک مالی، کنترل فعالیتهای مالی.
- حسابداری حقوق و دستمزد، امور مالیاتی به‌صورت منظم.
- همکاری در امکان‌سنجی مالی طرح‌ها.
- پیش‌بینی و طرح‌ریزی بلندمدت وجوه لازم برای سرمایه‌گذاری درطرح‌ها با هماهنگی مدیرعامل.
- بررسی نرخ بازگشت سرمایه برای پروژه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری شده.
- تدوین قیمت تمام‌شده محصولات و خدمات و ارائه گزارش آن به مدیریت عامل.
- بررسی وضعیت مالی پروژه‌های شرکت شامل مبالغ دریافتی از پروژه و اظهارنظر بر آن‌ها و تحلیل مغایرت‌ها.
- اعمال نظارت وکنترل به‌منظور حسن اجرای قوانین،مقررات،دستورالعمل‌ها وبخشنامه های مالی در واحدهای مختلف.
- طبقه‌بندی حسابها و درصورت نیاز، طبقه‌بندی گروه کالاها و کدینگ مربوط به موجودی‌ها و انبار.
- به‌کارگیری سیستم‌های نرم‌افزاری مالی جهت انجام امور مالی.
- پیگیری مبالغ وصول مطالبات از طرف‌های قرارداد.
- تجزیه‌وتحلیل ترازنامه و سود و زیان و هزینه‌های واحدهای مختلف.
- برنامه‌ریزی وکنترل اقلام به‌منظور مدیریت دارایی‌ها وسرمایه درگردش شـرکت و برنامه‌ریزی جهت تأمین اعتبار موردنیاز واحدهای مختلف بر اساس برنامه بودجه سالانه.
- ارزیابی عملکرد واحدها با توجه به بررسی‌ها و نتایج گزارش‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش به مدیرعامل.
- مشارکت در فرآیند امکاسنجی اقتصادی برای درخواست‌های مشتریان با توجه صلاحدید مدیریت عامل.
- تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی بر اساس نیاز سازمان و ارائه به مدیریت.
- برنامه‌ریزی به‌منظور حسابرسی در پایان سال مالی با صلاحدید مدیرعامل.
- بررسی و تطبیق وضعیت مالی فعالیتهای برنامه‌ریزی‌شده وتجزیه‌وتحلیل انحرافات.
- برقراری ارتباط با سایر سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذی صلاح در خصوص مسائل مالی.

- ساعت‌های کاری:از 7:30 تا 16:30.

شرایط احراز:
- مهارت‌های قوی در حسابداری مالی و اصطلاحات حسابداری.
- تجربه کار با QuickBooks Online و مدلسازی مالی در اکسل.
- توانایی انجام استدلال عددی و حل مسائل پیچیده.
- مهارت‌های برجسته در مایکروسافت اکسل و SQLite.
- توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم مالی.

Tasks Description:
• Trying to fulfill the policy and goals set By managing the agent
• Offer Improvement Solutions to Management Management To fulfill the goals of the organization
• Predicting, planning and presenting the company budget program based on plans and applications from other units
• Participation in planning and presenting suggestions and policies Financial and Supervision of Implementation
• Preparing and setting up policies, guidelines, methods and procedures and preparing and designing the required forms, in order to coordinate the affairs of various units

Competence:
