مهندس مکانیک (تجهیزات ثابت) | Mechanical Engineer (Fixed Equipment)

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• بررسی و کنترل برگه‌های اطلاعاتی تهیه شده در بخش مهندسی فرایند.
• انجام محاسبات لازم جهت تهیه نقشه‌های مکانیکال مخازن تحت فشار و ذخیره.
• هماهنگی با واحد متریال در تکمیل و تعیین نوع متریال قسمت‌های مختلف تجهیزات ثابت.
• تهیه برگه اطلاعاتی یا نقشه مکانیکال تجهیزات ثابت.
• تهیه مشخصات فنی تجهیزات ثابت بر اساس نیازمندی‌های پروژه.
• انجام خدمات مهندسی خرید کالا.

شرایط همکاری:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7:30 صبح تا 16:30 عصر.
• محدوده شرکت: تهران، میدان ونک ـ انتهای خیابان خدامی.
• ساعت کاری منعطف (1/30 ساعت در روز).

شرایط احراز:

شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• آشنایی با استانداردهای فنی صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• تسلط نسبی به کدها و استانداردهای تجهیزات ثابت صنایع نفت و گاز (ASME Sec.VIII ،API-650 ،TEMA).
• تسلط نسبی به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی (PV-Elite ،Nozzle Pro ،ASPEN EDR ،AME TANK ،ANSYS).
• مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای عمومی مایکروسافت آفیس و اتوکد.

Job Description

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking and controlling the information sheets prepared in the process engineering department
Making necessary calculations to prepare mechanical drawings of pressure and storage tanks
Coordinating with Material unit in completing and determining the type of material for different parts of fixed equipment
Preparation of information sheet or mechanical drawing of fixed equipment
Preparation of technical specifications of fixed equipment based on project requirements
Performing engineering services for purchasing goods

familiarity with the technical standards of the oil and gas and petrochemical industries
relative mastery of the fixed equipment codes and standards of the oil and gas industries (ASME Sec.VIII, API-650, TEMA, etc.) Relative mastery of specialized software (PV-Elite, Nozzle Pro, ASPEN EDR, AME TANK, ANSYS) Proficiency in general software such as Office and Autocad
