شرح شغل:
- هماهنگی و نظارت بر عملیات ورود و خروج بار در فرودگاه.
- مدیریت و پیگیری اسناد و مدارک مرتبط با حمل‌ونقل.
- برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان و ارائه اطلاعات دقیق و به‌موقع.
- حفظ و بهبود روابط با تامین‌کنندگان و حمل‌کنندگان.
- تسهیل فرآیندهای لجستیکی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای موجود.
- اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مربوط به حمل‌ونقل.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با فرایند عملیات بار هوایی بین‌الملل.
- آشنایی با ثبت بارنامه و ویرایش بارنامه‌های هوایی.
- آشنایی با فرایند صادرات و واردات.
- آشنایی با انواع بسته‌بندی.
- آشنایی با ممنوعات گمرکی و ایرلاین.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
- توانایی مشارکت و همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف.
- دانش کار با نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به حمل‌ونقل و لجستیک.
- مهارت در مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.

Paya Fakher Iranian Group is looking for an airport office expert with expertise in transportation and logistics in Tehran. This position provides the opportunity to assist in daily operations and improve processes related to transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of cargo arrival and departure operations at the airport
- Management and follow-up Documents and documents related to transportation
- Communicating with customers and providing accurate and timely information
- Maintaining and improving relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Facilitating logistics processes using existing software
>- Ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations related to transportation
- Familiarity with the process of international air cargo operations
- Familiarity with the registration of the bill of lading and editing of air waybills
- Familiarity with the export and import process
- Familiarity with types of packaging
- Familiarity with customs and airline restrictions
