کارشناس ارشد گوگل ادز | Senior Google Ads Specialist

شرح وظایف:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های گوگل ادز: شناسایی نیازهای مشتری و ایجاد استراتژی‌های متناسب برای دستیابی به اهداف تبلیغاتی.
• تهیه پروپوزال‌های حرفه‌ای: ارائه پیشنهادات کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی موثر و جذاب.
• مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌ها: بررسی و تحلیل کمپین‌ها، بهبود عملکرد و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها برای دستیابی به بالاترین بازدهی.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم به مشتریان: ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دوره‌ای و پیشنهادات جهت بهبود عملکرد تبلیغات.
• تحلیل و تحقیق بازار: شناسایی روندهای جدید و به‌روز رسانی استراتژی‌ها برای افزایش سهم بازار مشتریان.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل است؛ ساعات کاری شناور (1 ساعت و نیم در روز).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• امکانات سازمانی: پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• تسلط کامل به گوگل ادز: توانایی مدیریت، بهینه‌سازی و تحلیل کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی گوگل.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی: تسلط کامل بر GA4، GSC و Looker Studio.
• تجربه تهیه پروپوزال‌های حرفه‌ای: توانایی ارائه پیشنهادات کمپین با توجه به نیازهای مشتری.
• دانش گسترده در دیجیتال مارکتینگ: آشنایی کامل با اصول و استراتژی‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال، به‌خصوص در حوزه موتورهای جستجو و تبلیغات آنلاین.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا: پایبندی به تعهدات و ایجاد ارزش برای مشتری.
• انتقادپذیری و انعطاف‌پذیری: توانایی پذیرش بازخوردها و بهبود عملکرد.
• روحیه مالکیت (Ownership): اشتیاق به پیشبرد و بهبود مداوم پروژه‌ها و کمپین‌ها به عنوان یک مالک واقعی.

سابقه کار مورد نیاز:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های گوگل ادز.

Specialized skills required:
• Complete mastery of Google Ads: ability to manage, optimize and analyze campaigns Google advertising
• Familiarity with analysis and reporting tools: complete mastery of GA4, GSC and Looker Studio
• Experience in preparing professional proposals: ability to present campaign proposals according to customer needs
• Extensive knowledge In digital marketing: full familiarity with the principles and strategies of digital marketing, especially in the field of search engines and online advertising
