وظایف اصلی:

• قابلیت اطمینان را از طریق اجرای پایه های تعمیر و نگهداری حفظ کنید.
• مدیریت آب کلاس جهانی را در کارخانه رانندگی کنید.
• برنامه اتوماسیون را برای کارخانه تهیه و درایو کنید.
• مهارت های فنی در نگهداری را برای اطمینان از قابلیت اطمینان الکتریکی ایجاد کنید.
• توسعه و حفظ صلاحیت های فنی در کارخانه ، از جمله برنامه های اقدام دقیق ، پاسخگویی به پیشرفت ، بررسی استعداد ، برنامه ریزی شغلی و جانشینی.
صلاحیت ها:
• B.S. مدرک مهندسی ، ترجیحاً مکانیکی ، شیمیایی ، فرایند مورد نیاز.
• تجربه 10-15 سال در یک زمینه فنی ، ترجیحاً در مرکز تولید مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی از جمله DIDERSHIP MAILDURATION.
• حداقل 5-7 سال تجربه مدیریت لازم. فناوری. (نمرت).
• انگلیسی مسلط
Main Tasks:
- Ensure equipment runs as designed and meets standards for nominal speed, etc., to maximize equipment capacity.
- Drive equipment reliability through implementing maintenance foundations in TPM.
- Build cooperation and collaboration with the production and other cross-functional teams to build world world-class operation.
- Improve maintenance cost structure by improving technical skill sets and optimizing 3rd party spend.
- Ensure full compliance with all governing bodies for utility systems relevant to the factory.
- Maintain reliability through implementing maintenance foundations.
- Develop and maintain all skill sets necessary for internal management of utility systems.
- Drive world-class water management in the factory.
- Drive reliability in all electrical components in the factory.
- Develop and drive an automation plan for the factory.
- Ensure full compliance with standards, including calibration.
- Develop technical skills in maintenance to ensure electrical reliability.
- Live leadership principles in all aspects of the role.
- Set the technical strategic vision for the factory, leveraging other functional leaders and cascading objectives to all leaders in the engineering department, within factory cost targets.
- Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory, including detailed action plans, accountability for progress, talent review, career, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Process.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in a food and beverage manufacturing facility, including maintenance leadership; at least 5 to 7 years of leadership/management experience required.
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety, and hygienic engineering.
