این موقعیت شغلی در گروه پالایشگاهی ستاره پویا است. مدیرعامل مسئول هدایت و راهبری شرکت، ایجاد استراتژی‌های کلان و نظارت بر اجرای آن‌ها برای رسیدن به اهداف تجاری است. این نقش نیازمند توانایی درک کامل از صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی همراه با تجربه در مدیریت و بازرگانی در سطح اول شرکت‌ها است.

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های کلان شرکت
• نظارت بر عملکرد و بهره‌وری کلی سازمان
• حفظ روابط مثبت با سهامداران و مشتریان اصلی
• تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلان مالی و اجرایی
• نظارت بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات صنعت
• هدایت تیم مدیریت ارشد در جهت دستیابی به اهداف مشخص‌شده
• تعیین و اولویت‌بندی اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت شرکت
• نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی و تخصیص منابع

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت در استدلال عددی و کلامی.
• توانایی حل مسئله و مدیریت زمان.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و قضاوت تجاری.
• آشنایی با کار با داده‌ها و استفاده از آنها برای تصمیم‌گیری.
• اخلاق کسب‌وکار حرفه‌ای.
• درک عمیقی از حوزه‌های نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• محدوده سنی: 45 تا 60 سال.

This job position is in Setare Poya Refinery Group, for Isfahan city. The CEO is responsible for leading the company, creating macro strategies and monitoring their implementation to achieve business goals. This role requires the ability to fully understand the oil and gas and petrochemical industry, along with experience in management and business at the first level of companies.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the company's macro strategies
- Monitoring the overall performance and productivity of the organization
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and main customers
- Macro financial and executive decisions
- Monitoring compliance with industry rules and regulations
- Leading the senior management team to achieve specific goals - Determining and prioritizing the company's short-term and long-term goals - Monitoring budgeting and resource allocation - Qualifications: - Degree in management, commerce or business >- Skill in numerical and verbal reasoning
