We are looking for a capable sales manager (dominant marketing) in order to expand our product market and to increase market share. This is a position for someone who can manage sales and marketing strategies at the same time and take over the development of our products market.
Occupational Description and Duties of Sales Manager and Marketing:
Strategy and Strategy Sales Management
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy to increase market share
• Developing and implementing a 5 -degree campaign
• Planning and developing product distribution and sales model in the market
• Identify new opportunities In the wholesale market (B2B) and Retail (B2C)
• Development and management of sales team and formulating suitable structures to optimize sales performance
• Determinate annual and monthly sales goals and provide regular reports

• Communicate with cafes, hotels, chain stores and supermarkets

• Design and implement advertising programs in stores and distribution centers
Sales and Marketing Team Management
• Recruitment, Training and Guidance of Sales Team ( Referral Representatives and Field Experts)
• Creating and implementing a sales team's performance evaluation system and providing continuous feedback
• Holding regular weekly sessions to review sales performance and analyze the strengths and weaknesses
Advertising planning, Digital Campaigns and Promotion Campaign
Analysis and Reporting
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports of sales and performance of the team

• Monitoring and analyzing competitors in the market and providing competitive strategies
Finance and Finance and Contracts
• Contracting and contracting with key customers and broadcasting companies

Conditions:
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the food industry)
