شرح شغل:
- تقسیم کار، هماهنگی و کنترل عملکرد کارکنان تحت سرپرستی به منظور اطمینان از حسن اجرای وظایف محوله و برنامه‌های عملیاتی.
- کنترل و همکاری در برنامه‌ریزی و برآورد نیروی انسانی کارگاه و تعیین منابع انسانی برای تامین نیروهای لازم با توجه به سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌های شرکت.
- کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای تشریفات استخدامی و گزینش افراد ذیصلاح در راستای اهداف کارگاه و به کارگیری نیروهای جدید در تخصص‌ها مرتبط.
- نظارت بر انجام تغییرات، جابه‌جایی، انتصاب و ارتقاء پرسنل کارگاه و پیگیری امور مربوط به آن.
- نظارت و مشارکت در انجام امور کارگزینی شامل مراحل مختلف استخدامی، تشکیل پرونده، تعیین حقوق و مزایا، تهیه قراردادهای استخدام، ثبت مرخصی و انجام امور بیمه کارکنان مستقر در کارگاه.
- نظارت بر تطبیق شرایط احراز مشاغل در مواقع صدور احکام انتصاب و جا به جایی کارکنان کارگاه.
- کنترل و همکاری مرخصی‌های روزانه و ساعتی، استعلاجی و بدون حقوق کارکنان و احکام ماموریت و محاسبه و به روز نگه داشتن اطلاعات.
- ارائه پیشنهاد‌های کارشناسی موثر و قابل اجرا در خصوص ارتقای بهره‌وری و بهبود فرایند‌ها در حوزه کاری.
- همکاری با مافوق در بررسی مسائل و مشکلات موجود در فرآیندهای کاری و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب برای رفع آن‌ها.
- ارائه دستورالعمل‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌های مرتبط با واحد سازمانی به کارکنان تحت سرپرستی و کنترل بر حسن اجرای آن‌ها
- ارائه راهنمایی و آموزش‌های لازم به کارکنان تحت سرپرستی در راستای بهبود عملکرد آن‌ها.
