We at Yektan are looking for Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and maintain long-term relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
Establish long-term and strong relationship with customers and build trust
Update Target CPA with the customer on a continuous basis
Monitoring and supervising the customer's key indicators
Upsell and Cross Sell (single panel and business line)
Preparing a strategic roadmap for the customer in order to grow the shopping cart
recognition Customer needs and providing advice and identifying sales opportunities to the customer
Continuous meetings with the customer to provide performance reports of advertising campaigns and provide suggestions and feedback based on the results of the reports
Requirements:
< br>Mastery of office software
At least 4 years of experience in the field of marketing
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Familiar with the digital space and the main concepts of this field
Experience in sales and Providing solutions based on customer needs
