شرح شغل:
- برقراری ارتباط و مذاکره با مشتریان بین‌المللی و توسعه روابط تجاری.
- بررسی و تحلیل بازارهای بین‌المللی جهت شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
- اجرا و پیگیری امور گمرکی مرتبط با صادرات.
- دریافت بازخورد مشتریان، ثبت و رسیدگی به آن‌ها.
- برقراری ارتباط مستمر با واحد تامین و لجستیک در خصوص اعلام سفارش‌های دریافتی و هماهنگی جهت تحویل به‌موقع محصولات.
- مکاتبه و مکالمه با واحدهای ذینفع درون سازمان جهت پیگیری وضعیت سفارشات.
- تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت محموله‌های صادرات.
- ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مرتبط با فرآیندهای صادراتی.
شرایط احراز:
- آگاهی کامل از قوانین و مقررات صادرات.
- آشنایی با منبع‌یابی برای صادرات.
- توانایی مدیریت ارتباطات بین‌المللی و تعامل موثر با مشتریان خارجی.
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات در روند کارها.
- سابقه کار مرتبط در زمینه صادرات فلزات رنگی.
- مسلط به قوانین صادرات کشوری و بین‌المللی.
- مسلط به قوانین بیمه‌ای.
- مسلط به قوانین حمل‌ونقل.

Job description:
Establishing communication and negotiation with international customers and developing business relations
Review and analysis of international markets to identify new opportunities
implementation and follow-up of customs matters related to export
receiving customer feedback, recording and handling them
establishing continuous communication with the supply and logistics unit regarding the announcement of orders Receipt and coordination for timely delivery of products
Correspondence and conversation with the interested units within the organization to follow up on the status of orders
Preparation and presentation of periodic reports on the status of export shipments
Evaluation and management of risks related to export processes
Certification conditions:
• Full knowledge of export laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with sourcing for export.
• Ability to manage international communications and interact effectively with foreign customers. .
• Accuracy and attention to details in the work process.
• Relevant work experience in the field of exporting non-ferrous metals. br> • Familiar with the rules of transportation.
