کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی | Sales and Marketing Expert

شرح شغل:

• پیگیری و جذب مشتریان جدید در حوزه شغلی.
• ارائه مشاوره تخصصی به مشتریان جهت انتخاب محصولات متناسب با نیازهای آن‌ها.
• مدیریت تماس‌های تلفنی، ایمیل‌ها و جلسات حضوری.
• رسیدگی به امور پس از فروش و حفظ ارتباط مستمر با مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در بازاریابی و فروش (ترجیحاً عمرانی و صنعت ساختمان).
• آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی و فروش.
• توانایی تنظیم قرارداد و ارائه پیشنهادهای فروش به مشتریان.
• مهارت در مدیریت ارتباطات تلفنی و حضوری با مشتریان.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس و آشنایی با فرآیندهای فروش صنعتی.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری:

• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی مذاکره.
• توانایی پیگیری مستمر و هدفمند در جهت عقد قراردادها.
• توجه به جزئیات و داشتن مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.

Job Description and Duties
: Responsibilities
Following and attracting new customers in the field of work
Providing specialized advice to customers to choose products that suit their needs
Managing phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings
Dealing with after-sales matters and maintaining continuous communication with customers
: Specialized skills
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales (preferably construction and construction industry)
Familiarity with the principles of marketing and sales < br>Ability to draw up contracts and present sales proposals to customers
Skill in managing telephone and face-to-face communication with customers
Mastery of Office software and familiarity with industrial sales processes

Ability to Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
Ability to follow up continuously and purposefully to conclude contracts
Attention to details and having high responsibility
Teamwork spirit and ability to cooperate with other departments of the organization
