• ارائه کاربرد و پشتیبانی فنی از همه بخش ها برای سیستم های اطلاعاتی مختلف.
• در هماهنگی فعالیت های فنی سیستم های اطلاعاتی با احزاب 3 به سمت اجرای یکپارچه تغییر و تدوین درخواست های تغییر به راه حل الگوی تازه اجرا شده کمک کنید. -اسناد و مدارک به عنوان یک مرجع برای تیم.
• پشتیبانی کاربر و حل مسئله مربوط به همه سیستم
• ایجاد سناریوهای آزمایش ، ضبط نتایج آزمون و داده های مرتبط برای همه پروژه ها یا تغییرات
• یادگیری و قادر به تحقیق در مورد فن آوری های جدید متناسب با نیازها و الزامات

• Provide application and technical support to all departments for different information Systems.
• Assist in coordinating information systems technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests to the newly implemented template solution
• Maintain up-to-date documentation as a reference point for the Team.
• User support and problem-solving related to all System
• Create testing scenarios, recording test results and related data for all IS projects or changes
• Learn and be able to research new technologies to suit needs and requirements
• Create a Power BI dashboard regarding defined KPIs.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Computer Engineering (Software), or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Working experience in a software company is an advantage.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Different Enterprise solution software.
• Experience in each business process will be an advantage (finance, management accounting, sales, logistics, material management, procurement, and human resource management).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
