سرپرست حسابداری | Accounting Supervisor

شرح شغل و وظایف:

• سرپرستی و کنترل روزانه پرسنل واحد مالی و کسب اطمینان از انجام به موقع و صحیح امور.
• کنترل روزانه اسناد حسابداری.
• کنترل روزانه وضعیت مطالبات و گزارش‌دهی.
• بستن ماهانه حساب‌ها.
• حقوق دریافتی: 35 تا 45 میلیون تومان.

شرایط احراز:

• داشتن 5 تا 10 سال سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه و سابقه کار مدیریتی و سرپرستی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار حسابداری سپیدار و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط حسابداری و توانایی ایجاد بستر و سیستم‌سازی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار اکسل (پیشرفته).
• مسلط به تهیه صورت‌های مالی و تعامل با حسابرسان مستقل.
• روابط اجتماعی قوی و توانایی برقراری تعامل سازنده با سایر واحدهای سازمان.
• مسلط به سامانه مودیان.
• مسلط به تهیه و ارسال اظهارنامه‌های عملکرد و ارزش افزوده و سامانه مودیان.
• آشنا با مباحث بازرگانی (واردات و صادرات).
• مسلط به قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و قانون تجارت.

Having 5 to 10 years of work experience in a similar job group and managerial and supervisory work experience

Proficient in Sepidar accounting software and related accounting software and ability Creating a platform and systematization

Proficient in Excel software (advanced)

Job description and duties:

Supervision and daily control of financial unit personnel and ensuring timely completion and correct affairs
Daily control of accounting documents
Familiar with commercial issues (imports and exports)
Daily control of claims status and reporting
Proficient in Excel software and professional statistical and analytical reporting to managers Collection
Proficient in tax laws, insurance and commercial law
Monthly closing of accounts
Proficient in preparing financial statements and interacting with independent auditors
Strong social relations and constructive interaction with other units of the organization
Mastering the tax system
Proficient in preparing and sending performance and added value declarations and the tax system
