مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:

• ارائه مشاوره به متقاضیان در مورد شرایط اخذ پذیرش و ویزای تحصیلی در کشورهای حوزه فعالیت موسسه.
• یافتن مدرسه، کالج و دانشگاه متناسب با شرایط متقاضی.
• آماده‌سازی مدارک متقاضیان برای اخذ پذیرش و ویزای تحصیلی.
• انجام فرآیند پذیرش و ویزای تحصیلی در کشورهای حوزه فعالیت موسسه.
• مکاتبه با موسسات آموزشی (مدارس، کالج‌ها و دانشگاه‌ها) به منظور اطلاع از شرایط کاری آن‌ها و کسب آخرین اطلاعات مورد نیاز در فرآیند پذیرش.
• تهیه و تدوین متون مرتبط با اقدامات اجرایی پرونده‌ها (مانند رزومه، انگیزه‌نامه، Study Plan وSOP).

شرایط احراز و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه مرتبط با اعزام دانش‌آموز و دانشجو.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد (ترجیحاً در رشته‌هایی مانند مهندسی و علوم پایه ـ ریاضی یا فیزیک).
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (در مهارت های چهار گانه) حداقل در سطح IELTS6.5.
• توانایی تحقیق و تحلیل (جستجو)، بررسی قوانین مهاجرتی و یافتن گزینه‌های مناسب مشتریان.
• توانایی بررسی و تحقیق در منابع معتبر حقوقی و مهاجرتی برای مشاوره دقیق براساس قوانین به روز.
• دارای روحیه حمایتی و پاسخ‌گویی و پیگیری تماس‌ها و نتیجه‌گرا بودن.
• دارای روابط عمومی و توانمندی‌های ارتباطی قوی و شخصیت برونگرا.
• توانایی شناسایی نیازهای واقعی متقاضیان و یافتن راه‌حل‌های مناسب ایشان.
• مسلط به CRM و دقت به جزئیات (بررسی و تکمیل مدارک متقاضیان با رعایت قوانین مهاجرتی).

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide counseling to applicants regarding the requirements for admission and student visas in the countries where the institute operates.
• Find suitable schools, colleges, and universities that match the applicants' conditions.
• Prepare applicants' documents for admission and student visa applications.
• Carry out the admission and student visa processes in the countries where the institute operates.
• Correspond with educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities) to understand their work conditions and gather the latest necessary information for the admission process.
• Prepare and draft relevant documents related to the execution of cases (such as resumes, motivation letters, study plans, and SOPs).

Qualifications and Required Skills:
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in student recruitment.
• A bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in fields such as engineering or basic sciences (mathematics or physics)).
• Proficiency in English (in all four skills) with a minimum level of IELTS 6.5.
• Ability to research and analyze (search), review immigration laws, and find suitable options for clients.
• The ability to review and research reliable legal and immigration sources for accurate advice based on up-to-date information.
• Having a spirit of support and answering and following up on calls and being result-oriented,
• Strong communication skills and public relations abilities, with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to identify the actual needs of applicants and find suitable solutions for them.
• Proficiency in CRM and attention to detail (reviewing and completing applicants’ documents in compliance with immigration laws).
