مدیر کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Manager

شرح شغل:

• رهبری مستقیم تیم، کارکنان عملیاتی و آزمایشگاه.
• راهبری در تهیه و تدوین استانداردها و رویه‌های کنترل کیفی مواد، محصولات و فرآیندها.
• نظارت بر کیفیت اقلام ورودی، فرآیندهای تولیدی، محصولات نهایی و اقلام برگشتی.
• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌ خرد و کلان بهبود کیفیت محصولات تولید شده.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی هدایت و رهبری تیم.
• مهارت حل مسائل و مشکلات.
• دقت و توجه به جزئیات.
• هوش اجرایی قوی.
• مسلط به اصول و استانداردهای QC و بازرسی مواد و محصول.
• مسلط به سیستم ممیزی ارزیابی و کالیبراسیون ابزار دقیق.
• توجه شدید به جزئیات.
• دانش قوی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده.
• محدوده سنی: 30 تا 50 سال.
• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مدیریتی.
• آشنایی با صنعت مبلمان در اولویت است.

Job description:
• Direct leadership ability team, operational and laboratory staff
• leadership in preparation and formulation of quality control standards and procedures for materials, products and processes

• Proficient in the principles and standards of QC and material and product inspection
• Proficient in the assessment and calibration audit system of instruments
