مدیر بازرگانی | Commercial Manager

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان خارجی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فرایند واردات کالا از مرحله سفارش تا تحویل.
• پیگیری و حل مشکلات مرتبط با حمل‌ونقل و گمرک.
• مدیریت ریسک‌های مرتبط با فرایند واردات از قبیل ریسک‌های مالی، حمل‌ونقل و تغییرات ناگهانی نرخ ارز و سایر مشکلات.
• تهیه گزارشات مالی و بازرگانی.
• هماهنگی با نمایندگان گمرک برای تسهیل فرآیند ترخیص.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین داخلی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با واردات.
• راهبری تیم تحت سرپرستی در راستای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مدیریت تیم بازرگانی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با بازرگانی و گمرک.
• توانایی تدوین استراتژی‌های واحد بازرگانی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به قوانین و مقررات تجارت خارجی، دارایی و مالیاتی و گمرکی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین فردی عالی.
• توانایی ایجاد و حفظ روابط با تامین‌کنندگان.
• مهارت‌های مذاکره قوی با سابقه اثبات شده در بهبود فرآیند.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و حل مسئله قوی با رویکرد داده‌محور برای تصمیم‌گیری.
• مسلط به امور واردات و رویه‌های گمرکی.
• آشنایی کامل با سامانه‌های جامع تجارت، مباحث ثبت سفارش و اسناد حمل.

- Identifying and evaluating foreign suppliers.
- Planning and monitoring the process of importing goods from order to delivery.
- Tracking and solving problems related to transportation and customs.
- Management of related risks With the import process such as financial risks, transportation and sudden exchange rate changes and other problems.
- Preparation of financial and commercial reports.
- Coordination with Customs Representatives of the Clearance Process.
- Ensure Observance of domestic and international imports related to imports.
- Leading of the team under the auspices of achieving the set goals.

- at least 5 years of experience of managing the business team
- mastering relevant software With Business and Customs
- Ability to formulate business strategies
- English language mastery
- Mastery of foreign trade, assets and tax and customs laws and regulations.
High-individual communication skills , With the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- strong negotiation skills with a history of proven to improve the process.
- Analytical skills and solving a strong problem, with data-driven approach to decision making.
- Mastery of imports, customs practices
- Full familiarity with comprehensive trade systems, order registration issues and shipping documents
