شرح شغل:
- شناسایی و جذب همکاران تجاری واجد شرایط در کل کشور.
- نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد همکاران تجاری بر اساس معیارهای تعریف شده.
- هدایت و آموزش همکاران تجاری.
- انجام امور تحقیقات بازار.
- برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های روزانه مرتبط با فرایند فروش و مدیریت مشتریان.
- ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر.
- محل کار: خیابان شهید بهشتی، خیابان بخارست (دسترسی نزدیک به مترو و بی‌آر‌تی).

شرایط احراز:
- توانایی ماموریت به سراسر کشور در راستای جذب نمایندگان و عاملیت‌های جدید.
- مسلط به فنون مذاکره و تکنیک‌های فروش و برقراری ارتباط موثر و متقاعدسازی.
- توانایی تحلیل بازار، مشتریان و ارائه پیش‌بینی و هدف‌گذاری.
- مسلط به مذاکرات تلفنی و حضوری موثر.
- حداقل سه سال تجربه فعالیت در حوزه جذب نمایندگی.
- مسلط به فنون مذاکره با نمایندگان.
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزار CRM.
- روابط عمومی قوی و مهارت برقراری ارتباط موثر.
- مسلط به حوزه بازاریابی و فروش.
- توانایی حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری.
- علاقه‌مند به کار تیمی (روحیه مشارکتی)
- دارای فن بیان قوی و روابط عمومی بالا و احساس مسئولیت.
- توانایی انجام چند وظیفه همزمان با تمرکز بر خدمت به مشتریان.

Description of duties
Identifying and attracting qualified business partners throughout the country
Supervising and Evaluating the performance of business partners based on defined criteria
Guiding and training business partners
Ability to send missions all over the country in order to attract new representatives and agencies.
Conducting market research
Proficient in negotiation techniques and Sales techniques and effective communication and persuasion
Ability to analyze the market, customers and provide forecasting and targeting
Proficient in effective telephone and face-to-face negotiations
Planning daily activities related to the sales process and managing customers< br>
Required knowledge and skills
At least three years of experience in the field of agent attraction
Mastery of negotiation techniques with agents
Familiarity with CRM software
Strong public relations and effective communication skills
Proficient in marketing and sales
Ability to solve problems and make decisions
Interested in team work (collaborative spirit)
Having strong communication skills and high public relations and a sense of responsibility
Ability to multitask Simultaneous task with focus on customer service
