مدیرعامل شرکت هواپیمایی بالاترین مقام مسئول و پاسخگو به سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری در رعایت مقررات، قوانین و شیوه‌نامه‌های در خصوص عملیات ایمن و امن هوانوردی است.

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی و مدیریت منابع مالی شرکت.
• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کلان شرکت با تمرکز بر بهینه‌سازی عملیات پست سریع و حمل‌ونقل هوایی بین‌الملل.
• تضمین بهره‌وری و کارایی در تخصیص منابع مالی و انسانی.
• تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط فشار زیاد و توانایی پیش‌بینی و ارزیابی ریسک‌ها.
• ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به هیئت مدیره در خصوص عملکرد شرکت و پیشنهادات بهبود.
• شرکت در مذاکرات و توافقات بین‌المللی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به قوانین و مقررات حوزه حمل هوایی و کوریری.
• آگاهی از قوانین گمرکی و رویه‌های ترخیص محموله‌های تجاری و کوریری.
• جنسیت مد نظر: ترجیحاً آقا.
• محدوده سنی: 35 تا 50 سال.
• تسلط پیشرفته به یکی از زبان‌های مورد عمل ایکائو (ترجیحاً انگلیسی).
• پنج سال سابقه فعالیت در سطوح مدیریتی صنعت حمل‌ونقل هوایی.
• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری در رشته‌های مرتبط به ترتیب به عنوان دو و یک سال سابقه فعالیت محسوب می‌گردد.
• داشتن گواهی دوره‌های آموزشی فروش و خدمات بار مقدماتی؛ فروش و خدمات پیشرفته؛ حمل کالاهای خطرناک، فاسدشدنی، حیوان زنده، بسته‌بندی بار و هندلینگ بار.
• احراز صلاحیت علمی و تخصصی توسط کمیته هوانوردی.

Job description:

1- Mastering the rules and regulations of air transportation and courier
2- Knowledge of customs laws and clearance procedures for commercial and courier shipments
3- Supervising the budgeting and management of the company's financial resources
4- Compilation and implementation of the company's macro strategies with a focus on optimizing express mail operations and international air transportation
5- Ensuring productivity and efficiency in the allocation of financial and human resources
6- Making decisions under high pressure and the ability to predict and evaluate risks
7- Providing regular reports to the board of directors regarding the company's performance and suggestions for improvement
8- Participating in international negotiations and agreements

Qualifying conditions:

1- Preferably sir
2- Age range of 35 to 50 years
3- Advanced proficiency in one of the languages used by ICAO (preferably English)
4-5 years of experience in the management level of the air transport industry
5- Having a doctorate degree and a master's degree in related fields is considered as two and one year of work experience, respectively.
6- Having a certificate of training courses for sales and freight services, advanced sales and services, transportation of dangerous goods, perishable goods, live animals, cargo packaging and cargo handling
7- Verification of scientific and specialized qualification by the aviation committee
8- The CEO of the airline company is the highest responsible and accountable official to the civil aviation organization in complying with regulations, laws and guidelines regarding safe and secure aviation operations.
