کارشناس تدارکات خارجی | Foreign Procurement Specialist

تهیه و ارسال سفارشات خرید بر اساس قرارداد با تامین کنندگان و دریافت پیش فاکتورهای مرتبط.
ثبت سفارشات در ntsw بر اساس سهمیه به دست آمده از moh ttac.
پیگیری تولید، ارسال و تحویل.
ثبت سفارش در ntsw برای تخصیص ارز (نرخ cbi یا نیما).
هماهنگی و پیگیری مراحل ارسال، بیمه، و بازرسی و همچنین اسناد حمل و نقل.
پیگیری مراحل ترخیص کالا از گمرک و مسائل گمرکی با تیم ترخیص کالا. وارد کردن به موقع و دقیق داده‌ها در سیستم‌ها/فایل‌ها برای اطمینان از گزارش به‌موقع و ثبت همه داده‌ها و اسناد بایگانی.
پیگیری با ارسال‌کننده‌ها برای اطمینان از تحویل به موقع.
پیگیری حذف تعهد سفارشی و حذف تعهد cbi فرآیندها.
همسویی کامل با همه بخش ها برای اطمینان از همسویی همه رویه ها با شرکت سیاست ها.


شرایط:

لیسانس در زمینه های مرتبط.
مسلط به زبان انگلیسی، کتبی و گفتاری.
حداقل 3 سال تجربه در تدارکات خارجی در تجهیزات دارویی و پزشکی.
آشنایی کامل با مقررات و مکاتبات خرید و رویه های تجاری خارجی.
آشنایی اولیه با رویه های گمرکی.
آشنایی خوب با incoterms.
آشنا با حمل و نقل بین المللی، قوانین و مقررات واردات.
مهارت های ارتباطی خوب، ارائه و مذاکره.
کارگر تیم، خودسازمانده و با انگیزه.
مهارت های ارتباطی قوی.
>توانایی مدیریت سطوح بالای استرس.
تسلط به ms office، به ویژه outlook، excel و word.

• Preparing and sending the purchase orders based on the contract with the suppliers and receiving the associated Proforma invoices.
• Registering the orders on NTSW based on the obtained quota from the MOH TTAC.
• Following up on the production, shipment, and delivery.
• Registering orders on NTSW for currency allocation (CBI or Nima rates).
• Coordinating and following up the shipment, insurance, and inspection procedures, as well as the shipping documents.
• Following up on customs clearance procedures and customs issues with the clearance team. Inputting timely and accurate data in systems/files to ensure on-time reporting and recording of all data and archive documents.
• Following up with forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Following up on the custom pledge removal and CBI pledge removal processes.
• Full alignment with all departments to ensure all the procedures are in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of experience in foreign procurement in pharmaceutical and medical devices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures regulations and correspondence.
• Basic familiarization with the customs procedures.
• Good knowledge of INCOTERMS.
• Familiar with international transportation, import rules, and regulations.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Team worker, self-organized, and motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle high levels of stress.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
