About the position:
We are recruiting a capable and strategic HR manager who can play a key role in developing and improving the organization's HR processes by combining expertise, experience, and an innovative perspective. As the leader of this area, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and policies that lead to improved productivity, job satisfaction, and professional development of employees.
Responsibilities:< br> Development of human resource strategies: designing and implementing strategies aligned with the organization's goals to attract, develop, and maintain capable forces. and choosing people appropriate.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in human resource management, management, industrial psychology, or related fields.
At least 5 years of work experience in human resource management, preferably in dynamic environments and Agile. Complete mastery of labor, insurance and tax laws. Exceptional skills in interpersonal communication, leadership and team management. Mastery of human resources management software and tools. Ability to analyze data. and providing effective reports for strategic decisions.
