وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- همکاری در تدوین استراتژی‌ها، اهداف و برنامه‌های کسب‌وکار.
- پایش اهداف و برنامه‌های مالی و اقتصادی و گزارش‌دهی به مدیریت.
- مدیریت و راهبری منابع مالی و بهینه سازی فرآیندهای مالی .
- نظارت و راهبری بر طراحی و استقرار سیستم های مالی و پیاده سازی یکپارچه فرآیندهای مالی .
- راهبری و ارائه پیشنهاد درخصوص مدیریت سبد سهام و پرتفوی سازمان .
- مدیریت و راهبری حوزه مالی در خصوص سازمان‌ها و مبادی قانونی (سازمان حسابرسی، بورس، دارایی و غیره).
- پاسخگویی و پیگیری موارد مورد نیاز در خصوص حسابرسان مستقل.
- تعیین سیاست‌های مناسب اقتصادی برای اعمال مدیریت کلان بر منابع مالی شرکت و تامین منابع مالی مورد نیاز جهت اجرای طرح‌ها و پروژه‌ها.
- مدیریت کلان بر منابع شرکت اعم از املاک، اموال، سهام، سیستم‌های مالی، نظام پرداخت، خزانه‌داری، نقدینگی، صدور ضمانتنامه‌ها و تسهیلات اعطائی به شرکت‌ها، تعیین وضعیت اعتباری آن‌ها و غیره برای بهینه‌سـازی ساختار مالی شرکت.
- بررسی مطالـعات تفصیلی و امکان‌سـنجی اقتـصادی بازدهی طـرح‌ها و پروژ ه‌ها از راه بـررسـی‌های اقتصادی و اعمال نظر نسـبت به تـوجیـه‌پـذیری مـالی و اقتـصادی و تـجهیز و تـوسـعه ایـن منـبع براسـاس نیـازها و خط‌مشـی‌های شرکت.
- بررسی مطالـعات تفصیلی و امکان‌سـنجی اقتـصادی بازدهی طـرح‌ها و پروژه ها وتوسعه کسب و کار از راه بـررسـی‌های اقتصادی و اعمال نظر نسـبت به تـوجیـه‌پـذیری مـالی و اقتـصادی و تـجهیز و تـوسـعه ایـن منـبع براسـاس نیـازها و خط‌مشـی‌های شرکت FS - BP - PFS.
- برنامه‌ریزی و اعمال کنترل بر تهیه و تدوین صورت‌های مالی، زمان‌بندی ارائه اطلاعات و مدارک مورد نیاز حسابرس و بازرس قانونی شرکت و پاسخگویی به سوالات آن‌ها و به تبع آن برگزاری به موقع مجمع عمومی عادی و سالیانه.
- نظارت مستمر بر عملیات امور مالی و حسابداری شرکت به منظور حصول اطمینان از انطباق ثبت رویدادهای مالی در دفاتر قانونی شرکت با اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری، رعایت الزامات قانونی و قراردادی، آیین‌نامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مصوب و صحت و سلامت آن‌ها.
- مشارکت در برنامه‌ریزی و ارائه پیشنهادها و سیاست‌های اعتباری.
- ارزیابی مستمر سیستم‌ها و روش‌های مرتبط با امور مالی و حسابداری و ارائه پیشنهادات اصلاحی.
- نظارت و کنترل بر تهیه و تنظیم گزارشات مالی درون و برون سازمانی.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مدیریت مالی.
- حداقل هفت سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- توانایی تدوین و استقرار استراتژی‌های مالی.
- توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی منابع مالی.
- تسلط کامل به فرآیندهای مالی واردات، حسابداری بهای تمام شده، بودجه و مالیاتی.
