مدیر پرفورمنس مارکتینگ | Performance Marketing Lead

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های اصلی:

• کمک به کارشناسان در جهت طراحی، بهینه‌سازی و هدایت کمپین‌های مختلف.
• کمک به ارائه‌ی گزارش‌های با کیفیت به مشتریان جهت بهبود عملکرد کمپین‌ها.
• تحلیل روزانه گزارش کمپین‌ها و دیتای مربوطه برای رسیدن به اهداف مشتریان.
• برگزاری جلسات بین تیمی یا درون تیمی برای بهبود روند اجرای کمپین‌ها.
• افزایش رضایت مشتریان و بهبود خدمات پرفورمنس مارکتینگ در جهت افزایش درآمد و رشد بیزینس.
• عارضه‌یابی و ارائه‌ فیدبک به کارشناسان برای طراحی و اجرای هرچه بهتر کمپین‌ها.
• ارائه‌ فیدبک به کارشناسان برای عملکرد بهتر و آموزش روش‌های جدید و به‌روز به آن‌ها برای ارتقای سطح دانش تیم.
• تهیه‌ گزارش از عملکرد هفتگی و ماهانه‌ کارشناسان و ارائه‌ی آن به مدیر تیم.
• ثبت و مستندسازی اطلاعاتی که منجر به توسعه دانش تیم می‌شود.

توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• حداقل 3 تا 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• تسلط عالی به ابزارهای دیجیتال مارکتینگ نظیر گوگل آنالیتیکس، تگ‌منیجر، دیتا استودیو و غیره.
• آشنایی کافی با ابزارهای مختلف تبلیغات نظیر گوگل ادز، فیس بوک ادز، اینستاگرام ادز و غیره.
• مسلط به گوگل‌شیت، اکسل و توابع کاربردی آن.
• آشنایی کافی با ابزارهای ترکر اپلیکیشن.
• تجربه اجرای موفق کمپین های پرفورمنسی در چنل‌های مختلف تبلیغاتی.
• سرعت عمل و دقت بالا برای انجام کارهای با جزئیات زیاد.
• مهارت‌ رهبری و لیدرشیپ کارشناسان زیرمجموعه.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی خوب و قدرت مذاکره‌.
• ذهن ریاضی قوی و قدرت کار با داده های مورد نیاز.
• قدرت تحلیل و حل مسئله در مواجهه با نیازهای مشتریان یا نیازهای داخلی تیم و ارائه راه حل مناسب برای مرتفع کردن آن‌ها.
• تجربه‌ کار به صورت حرفه‌ای با پنل‌ یکتانت مزیت محسوب می شود.
   

In Ektanet performance marketing team, with the aim of expanding our team, we need experienced and skilled colleagues as Performance Marketing Lead.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Helping experts in the direction Designing, optimizing and directing various campaigns
• Helping to provide quality reports to customers to improve the performance of campaigns
• Daily analysis of campaign reports and relevant data to achieve customers' goals
• Holding Inter-team or intra-team meetings to improve the campaign execution process
• Increasing customer satisfaction and improving performance marketing services to increase revenue and business growth
• Finding complications and providing feedback to experts to design and implement campaigns as best as possible
• Providing feedback to experts for better performance and teaching them new and up-to-date methods to improve the knowledge level of the team
• Preparing a report on the weekly and monthly performance of experts and presenting it to the team manager
• Recording and documenting information that leads to the development of team knowledge.

Abilities and skills required:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent mastery of Digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
• Adequate familiarity with various advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and its functional functions
• Adequate familiarity with application tracker tools
• Experience of successful implementation of performance campaigns in various advertising channels
• Speed of action and high accuracy to perform detailed tasks
• Leadership skills and leadership of subcategory experts
• Good communication skills and negotiation power
• Strong mathematical mind and ability to work with required data
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in facing customer needs or internal needs of the team and presentation The right solution to solve them.
