شرح شغل:
- ارزیابی سفارشات خرید برای ایجاد برنامه‌های تولید مناسب.
- تخمین مقدار مواد ، تجهیزات و نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز برای تولید.
- رسیدگی و رفع سریع مسائل تولید برای به حداقل رساندن تاخیر و یا ضایعات تولید.
- هماهنگی عملیات تولید مطابق با مواد ، نیروی کار و تجهیزات.
- پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های مناسب برای کاهش هزینه‌های تولید و همچنین بهبود فرآیند تولید.
- اعمال تغییرات در برنامه‌های تولید برای اطمینان از رعایت مهلت‌های تولید.
- تدوین گزارشات و عملکرد جهت ارائه به موقع به مدیریت عامل.
- ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7 صبح تا 4:30 عصر (اضافه کاری دارد).
- محل کار: کرج ـ گرمدره.
شرایط احراز:
- سابقه کار در صنایع شوینده، دارویی و آفت‌کش‌ها.
- آشنا با مدیریت فرآیند.
- آشنا با روش‌های برنامه‌ریزی تولید و مواد اولیه.
- آشنا با نرم‌افزارها و سیستم‌های تحلیل‌های آماری و FMEA.
- آشنا با فرآیند ریسک.
- آشنا با فرآیند تضمین کیفیت.
- آشنا با شاخص‌های پایش و اندازه‌گیری عملکرد.
- دانش کامل در زمینه کار با برنامه‌های MRP.
- مهارت تحلیل و حل مسئله.
Having work experience in detergent, pharmaceutical, pesticide industries
familiar with process management
familiar with production planning methods and raw materials
familiar with statistical analysis software and systems and FMEA
Familiar with the risk process
familiar with the quality assurance process
familiar with monitoring and performance measurement indicators
full knowledge in the field of working with MRP programs
analysis and problem solving skills
evaluation of purchase orders To create appropriate production plans
Estimating the amount of materials, equipment and manpower required for production
Processing and resolving production issues quickly to minimize delays or production waste
Coordinating production operations according to materials, labor Work and equipment
Proposing suitable solutions to reduce production costs and also improve the production process
Applying changes in production plans to ensure compliance with production deadlines
Compiling reports and performance to submit to management Agent
Working hours: from 7 to 16:30 on Saturdays to Wednesdays, the rest is overtime
